Chapter 14

Diana's POV

It had been a week since vacation started and Megan called for me to hang out with her.We were presently at a park sitting on one of the benches discussing.

"So how have you been spending your vacation?" Megan asked.
"Fine. Tom and Meg takes us out once in a while. I also speak to my siblings over the phone."
"Is anyone free that I can hook with him?"

Typical Megan. She won't seize to amaze me.

"I don't know but if there is anyone, you are allowed to. You can as well hook up with all the guys in this state."
"I have to visit Diego and Scott. It's been long since I last saw them. You would accompany me right?"

Why does Megan have to bring up that guy's name. I've warned her not to bring it up in our discussions.

"I'm not interested."
"Oh,i see. It's because of Diego." Why do you hate him that much and don't tell me it is because of what happened in the Chemistry lab."
"Can we just discuss on another thing?"
"No. This thing you have towards Diego would stop right now. Have you never heard that there's a thin line between love and hate. I'm your best friend, I know what is good for you. Just make Diego a friend that's all I'm asking."
"I'll think about it."
"Sure. But your result should be positive."
"I want to suck ice cream."
"Me too. I'm buying you two."
"You are trying to bribe me in order to accept Diego."
"Whatever it takes to let that dude be your friend."

Diego's POV

I was cleaning my room because it was so dirty. This is all because of Scott, when he eats, he abandons the plate in my room. I wonder how many times he cleans his room in a year. I was arranging my bed when Scott entered with his dirty shoes.

"Just stop there. Don't enter this room with those shoes on."

I saw Scott groan but he finally did what I asked him to do. He sat on my bed.

"Scott,can't you see I'm arranging this bed?"
"Stop with all the commands. I came here for a reason. It is to talk about Diana."
"What about her?"
"Sit down let's talk."

I sat down and i was wondering why Scott was so eager to speak about her.

"Yes,I'm listening."
"You said you want to make her love you right?"
"Yes."
"She's in a relationship with Fred and you won't want to destroy her relationship with him."
"You are right. I did not think about that."
"Also you need someone to help you speak to her. Megan is her best friend."
"You want me to tell Megan that I'm in love with Diana and she should help me talk to her."
"That's the best possible option."
