Being A Band Of Seven

The next day I woke up and paused when I heard grunting. I stood up and opened the door to the porch. I then stood there seeing Bankotsu and Jakotsu fighting. Yes... I later found out the others names, but it wasn't by choice. "OI Woman" shouted Suikotsu, as I sighed when the other sliding door slammed opened and I saw Suikotsu crossing his arms. "We're hungry go get food and no funny stuff" he said, as I growled and walked out the front door. I walked towards the small farm. "Hello there young priestess" said the farmer with his hoe on the dirt farming ground. I smiled gently towards him. "I'm sorry to trouble you, but my friends and I are travelling and we don't have any money or food, could you please spare some?" I asked, as he paused and smiled. "But of course" he said, as I watched him walk back to his barn. When he came back my eyes widened seeing him pull a wagon. "This is very generous of you" I said, as he smiled. "Think nothing of it" he said, as I grabbed the handle and started pulling it. His eyes widened and he smiled more. "Well aren't you a strong one" he said, as I smiled and brought the food back to the cottage and paused when the door slammed opened. "Where have you been?" asked Bankotsu, as I sighed and closed my eyes. "I was sent to get food" I said, as he walked over and smirked. I then gloomed as he slammed his hand on my shoulder. "Good going woman" he said, as I sighed and nodded. "This is some good stuff" said Suikotsu, as I watched them stuffed their faces. I sighed and walked back to my room and sat on the porch. I then paused as half a melon was placed in front of me. I then looked seeing Bankotsu with his other hand stuffing his face with the other half of the melon. I sighed and looked ahead of myself. My eyes then widened, as Bankotsu took my hands and placed the melon between them. I watched him sit next to me and continue eating his melon. "Eat it, your going to need your strength" he said, as I sighed. "I'm not hungry" I said, as I blushed bright red when my stomach growled. He laughed and I lowered my head. "Don't worry" he said, as I paused and looked at him. "I don't intend on killing you" he said, as I glanced at him. "You have the bond I have with my band, killing you wouldn't mean anything" he said, as I smiled sadly and took a bit of the melon. "Is that why your being so nice to me?" I asked, as he blinked a few times and chuckled. "Please with your power what do I need to be nice for" he said, as I eyed him. "Well get some rest, tomorrow we walk" he said, as I paused. "Can I at least take a bath?" I asked, as he paused. "Sure let’s go" he said, as I paused and blinked a few times.

I then sweat dropped once we came to a spring. "Your kidding right?" I asked, as Bankotsu smirked. "Don't flatter yourself your body isn't anything to look at" he said, as I blushed bright red. "IDIOT, I wasn't going to say anything about that, I was wondering how you could expect me to bathe in that" I shouted, as he sighed. "Whatever, I'm going to go for a walk don't do anything stupid" he said, as I growled and then looked back. "Geez one minute he's so nice the next he can be a real jerk" I said, as I stripped and dipped into the nice warm water. I sighed trying to wash my hair and soon I was just sitting there in the water naked. "Thinking of someone?" said a voice, as I blushed turning my head seeing Renkotsu. I then screamed to the top of my lungs. "Oi, Oi, Oi" he said covering his ears. "Woman why are you screaming?" asked Bankotsu, as I growled covered my chest with my arms. "What do you mean why?" I said, as Bankotsu sighed. "Renkotsu? You got any ideas?" asked Bankotsu, as Renkotsu shrugged. I growled and lowered my head. These guys are starting to piss me off. Once done I put back on the priestess kimono and made my way back to the cottage. I sighed and soon went to sleep.

The next day... sure enough we were travelling trying to find a guy named Ginkotsu. We soon stopped in the middle of a burned dirt patch. "Right here" said Bankotsu, as I paused when he pointed. I sighed walked over and then I paused when Renkotsu put his hand on my shoulder. "Bring him back exactly how he was before he died" said Renkotsu, as I paused. "Huh?" I questioned "You heard me" he said, as I growled. "Excuse me, but I have no idea how this works, all I know is that when I wanted help you appeared" I said, as they sighed. "Geez this woman is useless" said Jakotsu, as I growled and crossed my arms. "Fine than you bring Ginkotsu back to life" I said, as they stopped and narrowed their eyes towards me. I then paused, as Bankotsu walked up to me and placed his hands on my shoulders. "Mizuki" he said, as I blushed, as he looked at me seriously while saying my name. "Try" he said, as I nodded and walked over to the place he pointed before. I bent down on the ground and put my hands on the soil. 'Think Mizuki... think' I thought, as I closed my eyes. I then paused remembering how I summoned them. I then closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I then started feeling wind brush through my hair. "ARISE" I shouted, as I opened my eyes and they soon widened when a huge figure started to emerge... it seemed inhuman. I then paused and soon my eyes sparkled seeing this man made of weapons. "Good to see you Ginkotsu" said Renkotsu, as I squealed and they stopped and looked at me. "Oh my gosh, you... are... amazing" I said, as they all blinked a few times. "But I must say your weaponry is dull, but your mechanics are so cool, can I touch your wheels?" I asked, as I bent down and smiled touching then with my fingers. "She is definitely a weird one" said Jakotsu, as everyone stopped when they heard Bankotsu laughing. "Isn't she something" he said, as everyone: including myself looked at him. "Big Brother Bankotsu what do you mean?" asked Renkotsu. "Any normal woman would be afraid of just the look of Ginkotsu, but she actually wants to improve his metal" he said, as everyone looked at me and I stayed quiet. I then paused and felt something coming. "Bankotsu" I said, as he looked at me. "Over there" I said pointing. Everyone looked and then I paused as I saw a shiny sword. My eyes widened seeing how huge it was up close, but the thing is his wielder had... dog ears? "Inuyasha" said Jakotsu with glittering eyes. I looked back and forth and everyone else sighed. I then paused, as Bankotsu grabbed my wrist. "Run" he said, as he pulled me behind him and I looked back seeing him fighting the guy with dog ears. I then paused and clicked my tongue. I looked at Ginkotsu and landed on his platform. "Give me your cannon" I said, as he glanced at me. "Please, Bankotsu isn't ready to fight that guy, and I don't have enough energy to bring him back again" I said, as he then showed me his cannon. I picked it up and aimed it carefully. I blasted it, however, it caused a huge explosion more than which I expected blowing back everything, including me. I soon blacked out, but not before hearing something. "Hey, you okay?"
