A Family

We returned to the Fudeal Era and my heart broke seeing that our home was burned down. "It'll be okay" said Bakotsu, as I nodded towards him. I then looked around noticing that everyone was missing. "Where are the others?" I asked, as Bankotsu smiled at me. "Don't worry about it" he said, as I eyed him. "Bankotsu" I said, as he smiled at me. I sighed and then paused when clouds started glooming over the sky. Bankotsu held on tight to Banryu. My eyes then widened seeing Renkotsu. "Bankotsu" I said, as he pushed me back. "I need to take care of this Mizuki" he said, as I slowly nodded my head. Bankotsu and Renkotsu started fighting. My eyes then widened and I slide back when a shadow claw tried to attack me. I turned my head seeing Magatsuhi. I glared at him and narrowed my eyes. I glanced at my ring and concentrated on my powers. I soon had a spirit spear form in my hands. Magatsuhi growled as I dashed towards him. Bankotsu and I were both winning and then Reinkotsu shouted in pain falling to the ground. Magatsuhi tisked his head and my eyes widened seeing Magatsuhi trying to enter Renkotsu's body. "BANKOTSU" I shouted, as he turned his head trying to fight Magatsuhi in spirit form, but it didn't work. Magatsuhi entered Renkotsu's body. My eyes widened seeing Renkotsu's form changing. His skin was dark purple, his purple war pain was now red skin. his eyes were black and he had to long horns coming out of his head. His wound healed and Renkotsu looked more like a demon than anything. "MIZUKI" shouted a voice, as I turned my head seeing Reina with Hiten. "W-what the hell happened?" asked Reina, as I turned my head. "Renkotsu became a demon" I said "Half demon" said Bankotsu and Hiten, as Reina and I looked at each other and nodded. Reina and I raised our hands but my eyes widened when lightening shot out towards my hand. I held it close. It stung a bit and my eyes widened more to see that my ring was destroyed. "Oh no" I mumbled, as Reina came to my aid. "Are you hurt?" asked Reina, as I shook my head. "Then come on turn me demon again" said Hiten, as Reina growled. "Mizuki" said Reina, as I held my hand closer. "How about you die" said Renkotsu, as my eyes widened when tentacles shot out towards us. Hiten saved Reina and Bankotsu saved me. "Damn" said Bankotsu, as I started shaking a bit. "Bankotsu" I said, as he turned to me. "T-The ring" I said, as Bankotsu stopped and looked at my hand. "I'll make you another one later" he said, as I stopped and looked at him shocked. "Y-you made it, but you said-"Mizuki, fight now, talk later" he said, as my eyes widened when Bankotsu used the ring I gave him to create a barrier. "Mizuki, you and Reina need to work together" said Bankotsu, as I nodded. I broke the barrier and ran towards Reina. We held our hands. "RETURN" we shouted, as Hiten's body glowed and he smirked when his eyes glowed red. "Well then, let's get down to business" said Hiten, as he started fighting Renkotsu. "Reina" I said, as she looked back at me. "We need to kill Magatsuhi inside Renkotsu. It won't do any good if we kill Renkotsu" I said, as she nodded. "So what's the plan?" she asked, as I held my right hand and looked at Bankotsu who dashed to help Hiten fight Renkotsu. Soon a spiritual spear formed in my right hand. Reina nodded holding out her hand with a spiritual sword forming in her hands. We both dashed and stabbed Renkotsu at just the right moment. Renkotsu stopped and his eyes widened. "BEGONE MAGATSUHI" we shouted taking our left hand holding out our index and middle finger together and placed it in fornt of our faces. Renkotsu shouted in pain and Magatsuhi left Renkotsu body. Renkotsu fell back and I rushed to his aid healing him. "Mizuki" said Bankotsu, as I looked at him. I then paused when Renkotsu took my hands and looked at me. "I don't deserve to be here any longer" said Renkotsu, as I shook my head. "Yes you do. Your my brother" I cried, as he looked at me shocked. I then paused when Bankotsu held my shoulders. "Can you live with that brother Renkotsu?" asked Bankotsu, as Renkotsu smirked at us. 

Few weeks passed Reina decided to stay with Hiten at the thunder mountain. They fought a lot but somehow Hiten could always win with changing the subject on kissing Reina. As for me, the band of seven rebuilt my house. A little bigger of course and I managed to help them with their weapons. They haven't gone soft and I allowed them to come and go as they please.  One day I was walking into my workshop and paused seeing Renkotsu, Bankotsu and Ginkotsu in my workshop. "What's going on?" I asked, as they jumped and looked at me nervously. "Nothing" said Bankotsu. "You three didn't kill a villager by accident again did you?" I asked, as Bankotsu growled. "That was one time and you never seem to let me forget it" he said, as I smiled. "Just making sure" I said, as they sighed with relief. I then took the object from behind Bankotsu's back and they squirmed while I looked at it. I then stopped seeing a ring with a diamond on it. I turned back towards them and Bankotsu smiled with his right arm behind his back. "Ever consider being my wife?" he asked, as I stopped and looked at the ring again. I then jumped when Bankotsu cupped my face. "Mizuki" he whispered, as I smiled and nodded my head. He smiled and kissed my lips. We then paused when there was a knock at the door. I placed the ring on my finger and answered the door. I soon smiled seeing Reina. "Hiten broke his weapon again" she said nervously, as I growled. "What is he doing to it? Throwing till he breaks it?" I asked, as she smiled nervously. After I made another weapon for Hiten I soon paused and looked at Banryu on the wall. I smiled taking it off the wall and started tinkering with it. "Mizuki" said Bankotsu, as I turned my head and looked at him. He smirked and came up behind me wrapping his arms around my waist. "Should I even ask?" he asked, as I smiled and closed my eyes. "Just making sure the leader of the band of seven doesn't get too weak" I said, as he chuckled and kissed my neck. "I think your enough proof of that don't you think?" he whispered, as I blushed bright red. "Bankotsu" I said, as I blushed when he took my hands and kissed them. "I think I owe you that date now" he said, as my eyes widened in shock. "H-how did you?" I asked, as he smirked. "I asked around" he said, as I giggled. "Meaning you asked Inuyasha" I said, as he growled a bit and turned his head.
