I looked at the beaver who had said my name.

He let's out his hand.

My eyes widened as soon as I saw what he was holding.

He's holding a handkerchief.

A handkerchief that I gave Tumnus...

"That's.. Tu-"

"-Tumnus' "

I nodded

I wanted to say many things. But I feel like... I just have to remain silent.

How did the handkerchief go to a freaking beaver???

I wanted to say.

I sigh.

"All of you better come with me," the beaver announces to us.

I didn't know how I felt about that..

Should I follow a talking beaver that out of nowhere just came, and is holding Tumnus' handkerchief?

WAIT....

I widened my eyes at Peter, and mouthed, "What should we do?!"

He shrugged.

ugh..

I rolled my eyes.

The beaver started walking to the front direction. Maybe he thought we'll follow him.

What could possibly go wrong if I follow him?

-nothing at all... I wish.

Why not follow him?

It feels like something is pushing me to follow him.

Lucy and Peter started walking to follow the beaver which I instantly did as well.

I started to feel someone's hand hold my arm, making me stop. Which also made Peter and Lucy stop. But the mysterious beaver kept going.

I turned back,"What?!" I spat.

Edmund furrowed his eyebrows, "You don't know the beaver!"

I opened my mouth but no words came out. He does have a pont.

"It's a talking beaver! And beavers aren't supposed to say anything," Susan points out.

"He said he knew the faun," Peter fought back.

"But you can't trust him!" Edmund shot back defensing Susan's point.

I rolled my eyes, here goes the fighting again.

"Is everything alright?" I heard the beaver say from behind.

"YES," Everyone replied all at the same time.

The beaver started walking again.

while everyone started quarrelling..

It annoyed me a lot. So I just started walking again like the beaver did,not saying anything.

I'll leave you all then.

The shouting eventually stopped and turned to silence.

Soon everyone followed, leaving me and my mind confused.

I didn't know what convinced Edmund and Susan to follow.

oh well. The Pevensie family will always be confusing. Always.
