Before Yoo 1

It was about half a day, there were only a few students walking here and there in the hallways and the courtyard.

The library was a fairly quiet place, especially for those looking for a quiet nap.

At the last table in the room, near a corner that allowed only the perfect light of the sun, (or that's what Hyunwoo thought as he watched boy who was asleep against the table).

I had seen him almost at the beginning of the semester, his name was Yoo Kihyun, according to his school identification card. Hyunwoo thought that the little light that managed to touch the face of Kihyun, was perfect to highlight the delicate profile of him.

He might look sick, like a stalker, but Hyunwoo enjoyed watching the shorter boy take his naps every day in the library. It would take him about half an hour to sleep and then his stomach would wake him up with a loud, hungry crunch.

For that very reason, Hyunwoo would break the rules of the library more often than before and introduce some cookies to leave on the table for the hungry boy once he woke up.

It was that way for the whole semester until one day, Hyunwoo decided that he should present himself correctly before losing the opportunity, so he decided to stay until after Kihyun woke up. But it went wrong, because the previous night he had been planning this and couldn't sleep properly.

When Kihyun opened his eyes with the noisy and painful empty stomach, his eyes cast a blurry vision, an image that slowly becomes clear until it becomes dark hair.

-Mmh?

He blinked hard and smiled instinctively when he saw a boy sleeping with his face buried in his flexed arm.

-Who?

He asked slightly but then looked at the hand that was spread out on the table, the cookies that had been popping up lately were there in his hand.

-It's you?

He asked the sleeping body and smiled.

Hyunwoo felt very bad when he woke up and Kihyun was not there, nor the cookies. His mood improved when he saw a note rolled in his hand.

"After class, here. Yoo Kihyun "

He smiled happily and stuck the note in the back of his school book.

At the time of departure Hyunwoo circled outside the library until a boy asked if he would enter.

-Y-Yes

Hyunwoo entered slowly, looking at the books around to pretend that he was not looking for a person, who was already lying on the usual table.

He sat in the same chair he did every day and watched Kihyun sleep, leaning on the table in the same position as the smaller one.

He was looking at Kihyun's placid face when the small eyes in front of him opened slowly. They stayed in that position, looking at each other until Hyunwoo felt it was too much pressure and straightened up.

-Hello

Said KIhyun a little disappointed by the loss of sight.

-H-Hi

Hyunwoo replied as Kihyun stretched his arms over his head and looked at him with one eye closed.

-What's your name?

Kihyun looked at Hyunwoo and smiled friendly

-Son Hyunwoo

He still reluctantly replied and Kihyun smiled

-Hyunwoo, okay. I'm Yoo Kihyun

Hyunwoo nodded and Kihyun smiled at him

-Thank you for the cookies.

They looked at each other for two seconds and then looked back with a silly smile.

-I like them too

Hyunwoo whispered with swollen cheeks.

Probably he knew, probably not, but all that would be more than casual conversation.
