This is my introduction chapter.
(Celestes pov)
Darkness.
Pain.
Burning.
Loneliness?
What's going on?
Where is everyone?
Rose?
Anyone?
A momentary light fills my view before everything goes black once more.
Darkness.
It's all I seem to know recently.
But now.... It seems .... Everything's getting warmer. It's burning. Am I falling?
My last thought before I fall back into oblivion is simple.
The darkness scares me. Don't make me go back.
(Third persons pov)
It was a late summer night.
All was quiet across the small town known as beach city. Not a sound was heard from the homes of those who lived there as they slept soundly.
This peace did not come often and would not last very long for a new adventure was coming for the occupants of this city. But for now they could remain in this state of calm and bliss.
A thundering boom echoed briefly across the night sky, yet the sleeping residents did not hear a sound.
However the three women known as the crystal gems did.
You see they were no normal humans. In fact, they were not human at all.
They were known as the famed crystal gems that had stood in a rebellion against homeworld, led by their thought to be fearless leader Rose Quartz.
These gems ,sadly, were some of the only gems to survive said war. However they now looked after the occupants of this small city and they helped raise a special young boy known as Steven Universe. The one and only son of Rose Quartz. The one and only half gem, half human being in existence.
He was a child who brought pure joy to those around him.
The three gems who had heard the sound had met inside the heart of the temple that was their home to talk of the strange occurence.
The occurence in question was in fact the falling body of a gem. Well two gems really. This gem was a fusion of an aquamarine and a jadeite.
The gems body had just broken through the atmosphere of the planet and was heading straight for the beach that had given a small town it's name.
The adventure that would rock beach city to its core was beginning.
