When Amine looked at the sky through the Saharan night he would have sworn that it was on fire, as if the scorching embers of his campfire had set it alight. Suddenly emerging from the orange tainted clouds, a fireball, similar to a shooting star except bigger, hurled through the sky. "Meteorite." Whispered Amine as it flew South-West slowly disappearing as the orange sky faded back to black. He looked at the sky which had taken back its original colour, as a meteorite hunter in the Sahara he had seen many meteorites entering Earth's atmosphere but they had never coloured the sky in such a way. He noted this occurence in his logbook:

15th August, 9:21pm

Meteorite following South-West trajectory spotted, made sky orange/red, size after entry approximated at 1\0.5m diameter, type unknown

He then went to his tent and fell asleep, he quickly started thinking about something else, unaware that this ordinary meteorite was going to have a greater impact on his life than it would have hitting the earth.
