IT'S IN THE MELON 🍉

I walked out to the back yard. Same as always cold,dark and spooky. "Angel we need to speak",I say to the darkness. Angel comes out from the shed. "Yes", he asked "What do I do now. She's killed ten children",I say and my voice wavers. "Well get the melon from the shed",Angel tells me. "What do I need a melon for",I ask. "Just do it",Angel says. I growl but I get the melon. "Now what",I ask Angel. "Smash it he says",he says. I don't even question it and I smash the melon. "What good did that do",I ask. "Look",he says and points to a shiny object covered in melon juice. I pick it up and there's a locket. I open it. Inside is a picture of a six year-old girl. She's wearing a plaid skirt and gray sweater. Her black hair is pulled up in a tight ponytail. Her brown eyes looking straight at the camera. "Who is she",I ask. "Melony,She was so scared but she didn't make it",Angel says and looks at his feet.
Also in the locket is a code. It's 8901. "Angel how long have I been here",I ask. "Two days",Angel replies. I press the locket to my chest. "I'm gonna free them",I whisper to myself.
Angel dispersed as the backdoor was slammed open.
"Hannah its time to make dinner",Granny called from the door and just stares at me.
"Hannah you are gonna help me cook dinner",Granny says. "What is my job",I ask innocently. "Go in the basement and get me some cobwebs then you have freetime",Granny says. "Free time" I ask. "Yes you can go outside and play or explore. I trust you hannah",She says. I quickly do my chore and give her the cobwebs. "Thank you Hannah you have 1 hour of free time. Now leave me be",She says and disappears into the kitchen.
I quickly run upstairs. I have a plan.
