Chapter Six

                I must have dozed off because next thing I know I’m waking up because of a pounding on my door. I looked at the time on the cable box and it read 8:45 as the pounding on the door continued, which is followed by the sound of the doorbell. Who the fuck is at my house right now? As I walked to the door I can’t help but notice how heavy the rain still beat against the window and it made me run to the door I don’t know how long this person has been out there.

                 Again, behind door number one, Sage Martin. The second I opened the door Sage leaped into my arms and crashed his lips on to mine. What the? His clothes were cold and wet and his kiss tasted of salt and water. Sage kissed me with a passion I’ve never felt before from him or no one else for that matter. At first I was frozen but when he threaded his fingers through my hair and wrapped his legs around my waist I held him tight and kissed him back with equally burning passion.

               I closed the door and pressed him up against it. Kissing him is the best feeling I’ve ever felt. His lips against mine make everything better. All the hurt and anger I felt earlier have faded away. His kiss made me realize just how much I missed.

               I nibbled on his bottom lip then thug on it and me moaned. Oh how I missed that sound. Without hesitation I slipped my tongue in his mouth and he sucked on it causing me to push my body into his some more. He released my tongue and they started dancing against each other. We stopped kissing and he dropped his legs from around me then hugged me tight to him, I let him while hugging him back.

                He held my face in his hands and stared deep into my eyes. He might be soaking wet but he felt hot all of a sudden. “I love you, Will! I love you so much and I’m an idiot. I’m so stupid I don’t know what I was thinking. I was scared and I didn’t know what to do! I fucked up; I really fucked up and I’m really sorry, Will. I never meant to hurt you and I’m sorry, please don’t push me away I just want to be with you and only you”

               Sage came back to me, he accepted my feelings for him and he came back to me. I cannot explain the happiness I’m feeling right now. Tears were streaming down his cheeks, I used my thumbs to wipe them way then push his wet hair out of his face. "I’m sorry for speaking to you like I did”

               “I forgive you,” he whispered.

               “Good,” I said before I captured his lips in a heated kiss. He’s absolutely breathtaking. I’ve never felt anything so powerful and amazing. I want to hold him, protect him, love him and do anything he asks of me.

               I reached my hand out and he took it. We walked up to my bedroom hand in hand and I closed the door behind us. Even though this is my house and I’m the only one that lives here I want this moment for us and closing the door bought a sense of security and reality in this moment.

            Sage was a few feet away from me; I filled the space between us by taking a few steps then placed my hands on his hips and pulled him forward.

               I stared into his beautiful brown eyes then inch my face slowly towards his. Sage reached his hands up and placed them around my neck as he too moved closer. Our lips touched softly at first as if this was our first kiss and we didn’t want to rush it. Soon our lips started moving against each other and I’m pressing my finger in his skin. My body tingled and my heartbeat accelerated. Sage gripped my hair and I groaned kissing him more passionately. I love when he does that; it makes crazy.
