Title: Rest Day

After Red Velvet girls had came back from Thailand, Joy couldn't escape from her unnies nagging after finding out that she wasn't eating right while they were away. It was only Wendy and Joy who were at their dorm since the other three attended a concert.

"I should really leave some food for you every time we go out of town without you, so that you wouldn't have any reasons not to eat."Wendy reminded her.

"Spare me just this once unnie, I was really sick that I didn't have time to cook any decent meal."Joy kept on excusing herself.

"You could have just called your boyfriend to cook for you, I know Sungjae wouldn't mind checking up on you especially when you were sick."Wendy kept on nagging making Joy having a hard time burying the issue.

"He's not my boyfriend."Joy pointed out.

"Well that's not what you treat him. You basically text and call each other pretty often, good thing you guys had finally found a way on not getting caught."Wendy exclaimed.

"Well that's because we aren't dating, I already promised Manager-nim that I would be careful in everything I do on and off camera. Good thing he understood and gave me the freedom to do what I want but of course with the members or his supervision."Joy shared.

"That's good to hear, too bad we couldn't tag along with the three who are attending concerts on our day off."Wendy stated as she brought sliced apples for Joy as the two of them relaxed in the living room.

"I'd like to go with Seulgi-unnie and Yerim to watch BTS concert but they only had 2 tickets and Irene-unnie is attending a local concert in Daegu with her family, I couldn't spoil the family bonding."Joy shared. "And besides Taehyung-oppa didn't give me some spare tickets since he already gave it to Sungjae-oppa and the twins."Joy added.

"BTS is getting famous anyway, so when we all get spotted during their concert together with other idols for sure we would get into trouble."Wendy spoke making Joy averted her eyes to her.

"Speaking about BTS, is your relationship with Suga-oppa okay?"Joy tried to cautiously asked a very sensitive question. It took a few seconds before Wendy could respond back.

"We sorted it out by just staying as strangers now, after that J-Hope incident we both didn't have a real serious talk. He completely shut me off."Wendy shared.

"It must be hard for you, it's okay unnie. Everything happens for a reason, someday Suga and you would go back as friends again."Joy tried to comfort her.

"I doubt that. It's so funny knowing that the others didn't even saw it coming, it was only you for some reason who kind of caught up with our complicated relationship."wendy recalled the past.

"Hahaha. Let's just say I was just lucky that time, I came across Suga and Jimin-oppa mentally struggling wether to knock on our dressing room door or not. It wasn't a shock for me that Jimin-oppa wanted to say Hi since I heard from Taehyung-oppa that he was our fan, but the question was Suga-oppa and then you suddenly acted up and that's how I found out."Joy pointed out.

"Yeah, that was during the last year performances. Our relationship were getting rough that time, and now that they are getting all the attention they deserve gives me enough reason to no longer hope. He's way out of my league now."Wendy said sadly. Joy on the other hand couldn't stop herself from sympathizing.

Wendy was a little hurt after Irene told her about her about being dense and not able to notice people's attention that's been focus on her, it wasn't like she wanted to be dense. She was merely still hung up to the fact that the guy he likes became a person she can only look up and watch during performances.
