My daughter was really excited to go to the carnival in town today. I always loved that big smile on her face when she was happy. So, being a good Father, I decided I'd take her.

It was actually pretty nice when we got there. There was a big ferris wheel, a carousel, games to play, bouncy castles, a bowling ally, places to get food and a giant circus tent.

''Where do you wanna go first sweetie?'' I asked my daughter, Sally.

''I'm hungry. Can we get cotton candy?'' She replied.

I agreed. Even though I knew her mother wouldn't be quite happy with me that I gave her a bucket of cotton candy. But hey, letting my daughter have a good time.

After we ate we played some games at different tents. There was one where you had to get darts on tin cans. I won and I was given a small stuffed rabbit that could fit in a handbag. He had little button eyes and his nose was sewn from pink thread and he was made completely out of felt.

I gave him to Sally.

''Here you go Sal', I won this for you.'' I beamed.

Sally let out a squeal of delight, clutching the little rabbit in her arms hugging him.

''Thank you daddy!'' She said. She took my hand as she pulled me to the next thing.

She pointed at the large circus tent. The tent seemed old but kept intact. It was red with white stripes and had in bold writing above the entrance saying ''Come one come all to the Greatest Show on Earth!''

''Can we go see the show Daddy please?'' Said Sally, looking up at me with beautiful green eyes.

''Okay Sal', but after this how about we go to the ferris wheel?'' I asked.

''Oh yes that sounds like so much fun!'' Sally replied.

We paid for tickets and walked into the circus tent. It was much bigger on the inside. We took our seats as other audience members took their seats and lights began to go down.

The first few acts were quite amazing. With acrobats and funny clowns and singing men who could lift cars and lions and tigers with singing voices. Me and Sally found it all amazing. There was one last act for the evening. It was supposed to be the best.

''What could be better than singing lions and tigers?'' I thought to myself.

Out walked a shadowy figure. I could only get a good look at them when they stopped in the middle of the ring and a spotlight appeared atop of them. It was a beautiful girl dressed up as a clown. She looked mid twenties to early thirties.

She was dressed in a rainbow frilly skirt that was somewhat see through to her white tights with ribbons at her ankles. She had black school girl shoes on and her skirt had a ribbon tied around it with her top piece being blue, yellow, pink and purple with puffy short sleeves that her red and yellow. She wore a cat bell around her neck that jingled when she moved, she also had a pink pointy hat with a single yellow pom pom tied onto it. Her hair was in pigtails and it was died pink and yellow. She was holding a rainbow cane she danced around with, and her clown make up was a red nose painted onto her nose and had white eyeliner and pink rosey cheeks with freckles painted on.

I heard a few whistles from the men in the audience at how beautiful she was. They stopped when she began to sing 'Make em' Laugh' from Singing in the Rain. She had a high squeaky American voice. She sounded somewhat like a little 12 year old girl on helium and sugar. Still, she was a damn good singer.

She danced around the ring singing and dancing. The other men in the audience were turned on by her. I even saw one guy making faces at her as his girlfriend slapped him in the face.
