Lucy Pov: I walked through the park with the blossom in my hand, I stopped at the lake and set the flower down.

I looked at my reflection in the clear water and thought, "why did he cheat on me?" I tried to hold back tears but they soon spilled out.

I got up and walked toward the guild.

I passed Mira who was grabbing strawberry cake for Erza.

I walked up the stairs and went to Master's office.

I knocked on the door and heard him approve. I opened the door and stared at the old man.

I have known him for ten years and now I'm going to say goodbye.

"Master I..." I felt my cheeks wet and soon I was sobbing my heart out.

"It's okay my child, I'm here for you... Tell me what's wrong." He said pulling me into a hug.

"I-I need to quit the guild..." I said sobbing in his chest.

"Wha-Why my child?" He asked looking at me.

"I was betrayed and I need some time to think... Maybe a year or two." I said letting go of the hug and wiping my tears.

"We'll you know that this is always your home..." He said giving me a smile and taking my guild mark off.

I looked down at my empty hand and a few tears fell.

I looked up and gave Master one last hug.

"I will miss you..." I said hugging tighter.

"Same here my child..." He said rubbing my hair.

I released the hug and put on a coat to keep my hand hidden.

I kept my head low and walked out of the guild...

I knew where I was going.
