Lucy Pov: Sting gave me his coat and I put it on. He put an arm over my shoulder and we walked to my apartment in silence.

When I got home, I took a shower and slipped into some sweats. I rolled into bed and Sting got in with me. He fell asleep quickly and I just laid there. I thought about how all of this happened.

I sat up. I knew that it was wrong, but I had to do it...

I wrote a note to Sting and gave him a quick kiss. I knew he was a heavy sleeper, so he wouldn't notice that I was gone. I pulled on a white dress and took my hair out. I closed the door quietly and walked out.

I felt the cold pavement under my feet. As I walked, I breathed in the midnight air. I felt the cold wrap around my bare legs as the wing played with my dress.

I walked up the hill that I was at yesterday and went to the hill.

I knew Sting would be heartbroken but I had to do it, something was calling me....

"Lucy..." A sweet voice spoke.

"Mama..." I whispered.

"Lucy come over here..." Her voice spoke through the mist.

I slowly walked toward the cliff. I knew that my mother was speaking to me.

A big wave splashed and dozens of drops sparkled in the moonlight.

The drops came together and formed my mothers body. She floated in the air and stared at me with a smile.

"My dear..." She spoke. "What is wrong?"

"I was betrayed..." I slumped my head.

"So is this why you're condsidering-"

"Yes..." I cut her off.

"Well what about all of your friends?" She asked.

"That is why I need your help..." I looked up and stared at her misty orbs.

"I cannot help you... Only your heart can..." She whispered and turned back into mist and floated away.

I sinked to my knees, hot tears rolled down my cheeks. I wiped them away with my hand and stood up.

I walked closer to the edge. The grass was fading away and turning into rock so I knelt down and picked a little flower. I walked to the edge with the flower held tightly to my chest. The wind blew my hair and dress as I knelt down and placed the flower between the crack of the cliff. I got up and stood tall. Another wave crashed and the mist sprayed my face. It was cold and a shiver went down my spine. Another tear fell down my face as I jumped.

"It was because of the betrayal..." Were the last words I ever said.
