7:30pm came and Octavia put Grey, her cello, into her bag and looked at Vinyl, "Time for work I guess." Octavia said trying to get Vinyl's attention. However, she took no notice, "Good luck." Octavia frowned but didn't have time to do anything, "Thank you." She said and left.
A few moment later a knock came at her door and Vinyl was surprised to see Neon, "What are you doing here?" Neon smiled,
"You was cranky, I know you didn't eat breakfast." Vinyl looked around to see if somepony was watching, "So you going to the club now or...?" Vinyl shook her head, "I'm not making you into a liar."
"No pony knows about you not going, I just told them you might be a little late." Neon said but Vinyl shut the door and he watched as her shadow left the window the went to the club to deliver the news.
Time passed and Vinyl didn't want to go to sleep without Octavia so she waited for her, "She's never late." Octavia's work ends at 9pm ant it's 9:15pm now. Finally the door opened and watched as Octavia walked in, dropped everything and stumbled to her room. Vinyl on the other hand, had to lock the door, tidy the things dropped onto the floor and then follow her to their room. "Your late Octy." Octavia stared at Vinyl after being called a name she didn't recognise, "Extra credit." She replied as Vinyl kissed her, "I'm gonna sleep on th-" Octavia pulled Vinyl under the sheets before she finished, "Not after what you made me think of. Your sad little face." She kissed her cheek and wrapped her arms around Vinyl, "You need comforting my little lamb." Vinyl closed her eyes and placed her head onto Octavia, "Thanks."
