"Ashley," Castiel greeted.

I sat down and leaned back in a chair that sat against the wall.

I looked over at the guys.

They still had the guns pointed at Cas.

"Either shoot him or put the damn guns down," I said snappishly.

They all looked at me, then slowly lowered their guns.

"Wanna explain who this is?" Dean asked. "And how you know him?"

"Is that jealously I hear?" I asked smirking.

"N-no, I just want to know who he is," Dean faltered.

I laughed slightly.

"I'll just say he's always been there for me when nobody else has," I said.

I glanced over at Sam and Bobby.

There was this look on Sam's face and I knew.

"Come on, Sammy, I can see those wheels turning. Who is he?" I asked.

"Your an angel," Sammy said. "And not just any angel, your the angel."

"So your the guy that kissed my girlfriend?" Dean asked.

The butterflies in my stomach went nuts.

He's never called anyone his girlfriend.

"I don't know what girlfriend means, but yes, I was," Cas said.

Dean put his gun down on Bobby's desk.

"Do you always go around kissing babies after they're born?" He asked.

"Dean!" I warned.

"What, I'm curious," He said.

"Curiosity killed the cat," I said in a low voice.

Dean watched me for a moment.

"To answer your question," Cas said. "No, I don't."

"So you don't get your kicks off kissing babies?" Dean asked.

"Dean!" Sam and I hissed.

"What!?" He asked.

"Shut up," I said slowly.

"And if I don't," Dean challenged.

I stood up and narrowed my eyes at him.

Surprisingly, he actually took a step away from me.

I grinned and turned to Cas.

"What brings you around?" I asked. "It's not like I see you all that often. Considering the only time I've seen you is when you saved me from drowning."

"You almost drowned?" Dean asked.

I nodded.

"Yeah, when I was six," I said.

Flashback

I was playing in the backyard by the creek, a deep creek at that.

I was playing in the mud when I got a little to close to the edge of the cliff that sat a foot above the water.

I hit the icy water with a splash.

I didn't know how to swim and started thrashing around.

I tried to yell out, but my head would slip under the water.
