"What do you mean a break?" I asked looking up at him.

His famous grin sat on his lips.

"Found a case," He said.

I crossed my arms over my chest and narrowed my eyes at him.

"So you want to abandon my brother for a case?" I asked.

Dean sighed and placed his hands on the desk, leaning over to my eye level.

"Not abandoning, taking a break," He clarified.

"Why should we take a break? I need to find my brother," I said.

"Ash, we don't have any leads, don't have any information, but when we do, we'll go back to it," He assured.

I sighed knowing that I wasn't going to win this one.

Plus, other people needed help and until Jason actually hurts someone...

"Fine, what's the job?" I asked defeated.

Dean looked a little happier that decided just to go with it and straightened up.

"Belmar, Nebraska," He said just as Sam and Bobby came into the room. "Children are going missing from they're room during the night."

Well that caught my attention.

"What age?" I asked.

"Newborn to six," He replied.

I felt my eyes widen.

What kind if thing can take children?!

"Uh, any idea of what is taking them?" I asked.

Sam and Dean shook their heads.

"Any ideas of what's happening to the kids?" I asked curiously.

More shake of their heads.

"There's been searches, but nothings come up," Sam said

I stood up.

"I'm in," I said.

Sam and Dean gave me a small grin before we got ready to go.

"Take care of yourselves," Bobby said after we packed our stuff back into the Impala.

"Don't worry, Bobby, I'll make sure they don't get beat up too much," I said smirking.

A grin pulled at the corners of his lips, while Sam and Dean scoffed behind me.

"Oh, I'm not worried about them getting hurt by some jackass of a thing, I'm worried of what you will do if they start to act up," Bobby said grinning.

I laughed.

"Yeah, because she can hurt us," Dean scoffed.

I turned around and put a hand on my hip, raising an eyebrow.

"Don't underestimate me, Winchester," I said slowly.

He took a step away from me.

"Just watch what you say to her, because I know she will not hesitate to punch you," Bobby told them.

"Someone finally gets me!" I said raising my hands in the air.

Laughing we got into the Impala.

We quickly left and started the seven hour and fifteen minute drive to Belmar.

I was sitting shot gun, stealing it from Sammy who was forced to sit in the back.

The two front windows were rolled down, allowing the warm fresh air to fills the Impala.

I sat slightly sideways and stuck my bare feet out the window.

"Get your damn feet back inside the Imapala," Dean said glancing over at me.

"Bite me," I said grabbing the tablet from Sam.

"Ash-"

"Just listen to your music," I said turning up the stereo.

Dean voice was drowned out and I grinned.

I started looking up the articles for the disappearing children.

Just two hours into the drive, Dean turned the stereo down.

"So, let's hear it," He said.
