"Are those claw marks?" Dean asked slightly surprised.

I nodded.

"I think so," I said softly.

I traced the five claw marks with my fingers.

"Not a werewolf," I said.

"Can't be," Sam agreed.

---------------

After visiting all of the homes where the kids were taken, we went back to the motel room for research.

Sam and Dean sat in they're laptops while I went through a couple books.

Every house that we went to held the same claw marks outside of the children's room.

"Do you think they're still alive?" I asked suddenly.

"Huh?" Dean asked looking up from the laptop.

"The kids," I said. "Do you think they're alive?"

Both Sam and Dean hesitated.

"I don't know," Sam said softly.

"No remains have been found," Dean pointed out.

"But we won't know for sure until we know what's taking them," Sam added.

I sighed and looked back down at the book.

"What could you be?" I asked myself quietly.

I turned two pages in my book before I found my answer.

"Guys, I think I found it," I said getting up going over to the table they were sitting at.

I set the book down, sitting between Sam and Dean.

"It's called a Black Annis, it's from the English Mythology," I explained. "They feed off of people, mainly young children and afterwards they tan the-ewww!"

"What?" Dean asked.

"They tan the skins and then wear them around their waist," I finished.

"That is a little gross," Sam agreed.

"A little?" I questioned.

I shook my head in disgust.

"Does it say where they live?" Dean asked.

I looked down at the book, scanning my eyes down the page.

"Um, in caves with an oak tree at the entrance," I read.

"Does it say what they look like?" Sam asked.

I nodded.

"They're blue skinned witches with white hair and red eyes," I said grinning.

Dean scoffed and got up, walking to the fridge.

"Yeah, I'll just keep a look out for the oversized devil smurf," He said handing a beer to Sam and a Mountain Dew to me.

"Ha ha very funny, Dean," I deadpanned.

"Ok, then tell me what I am suppose to keep an eye out for," He said popping the cap off his beer.

"Well, Mister Wise Guy," I said. "It's says here that they can appear human."

"Great another shapeshifter," Dean huffed.

"Not a shapeshifter," Sam corrected.

"What about the claw marks?" Dean changed subjects.

"They have claws," I said simply.

"Great," Dean said sarcastically.

"How so we kill them?" Sam said ignoring Dean.

"All it says here is that they bleed," I sighed.

"Ok, does that mean that they can bleed to death from a simple bullet to the chest?" Dean questioned.

"Most likely," I said with a shrug.
