*The next day*

Mitch wakes up to the sound of Scott and some guy laughing.

He walks to the living room, but stops when he sees Scott and some guy cuddling on the couch.

His heart sinks.

Mitch: Uh...

Scott: Oh, hey, Mitch..this is Alex..Alex, this is Mitch..

Alex smiles and reaches his hand out to Mitch.

Alex: Pleasure to meet you!

Mitch questionably shakes his hand.

Alex: Scott's told me so much about you!

Mitch blushes as Scott slaps Alex's chest.

Alex: About his you're a runaway and needy and like to be a lost puppy.

His blush instantly fades.

Scott: Alex!

Alex laughs.

Alex: I'm kidding!

Mitch: H-how do you two know each other?

Scott: Alex is uh...my boyfriend..

Mitch's eyebrows shoot up.

Mitch: B-boyfriend?

The two nod.

Scott: I'm gonna go check my blood sugar...

He uses as an excuse.

After he leaves, Alex's friendly smile turns to an evil glare of hate towards Mitch.

Mitch: Did I do something wrong?

Alex stands up as he laughs, walking towards Mitch.

As he slams Mitch to the wall, he turns serious while holding him by his neck, but not tight enough to restrict air.

Alex: You stay away from my Scott. Got that?

Mitch: But I-

Alex: Scott's MY man, okay?!

He barks next to Mitch's ear.

Mitch: O..

He tries to breathe as Alex's grip gets tighter.

Mitch: Okay...

Alex: If I hear of you trying to be anything but a pet, I'll make your pathetic little life a hell of a lot harder. You got that?

Mitch nods in pain as his face turns red.

Scott: I'm back!

Alex immediately lets go, as if nothing were wrong and puts on a smile.

Alex: Hey, babe! Listen, I gotta go! Work is a calling!

Scott nods, understanding.

Scott: Bye.

They kiss goodbye before Alex leaves.

Scott notices Mitch's red face as he holds his neck.

Scott: What's wrong with you?

Mitch: N-nothing...

He shakes his head before truffling off to his room to cry.
