Chapter 2- Tailing and Confrontations

Sam's POV:

I woke up with my room still completely dark. I glance over to my clock to see the brightly glowing lights showing 4:36, wow that's later then usual. I hop out of my bed and get some clothes on before walking quietly out of the orphanage, making sure not to be heard. I always work out in the morning.

Once I finish my 6 mile run and go to the gym to practice my punches and kicks, I decide to head back to the orphanage. It's 8:47 right now, and I know that without even looking at my watch. Time is everything.

Once I'm back, I see that most of everyone is up eating or getting ready. I walk into the kitchen and grab an apple without anyone noticing. I'm not allowed to eat food here. Or if I do I must throw it back up. I usually get food from somewhere after school to save or eat then.

I grab some money that I have left from my fund that I got from my parents 'disappearing'. I get my old shoulder bag and put the money and my old phone in there. I walk from my room out the door of the orphanage.

The walk from here to the National Mall is about one hour and a half. Once I get there after getting stuck at a corner almost getting hit by a car 5 times, it is 1:27 in the afternoon.

I go up to the booth to pay for a ticket and give the lady my $10. I walk around the Mall for about a hour memorizing all of the routes and exhibits of this place. I look around me and see some girls walk into the Mall, they all are wearing matching uniforms that say on the badge in the corner 'Gallagher Academy'. I think I will tail them they look the most fun. I walk slowly around to see a blonde girl around the height of me. She is talking to a really pretty girl, both of them are heading towards where I am. They glance to the mirror next to me and look at the reflection, now that might seem innocent, and it would if it not be the fact that they both were doing the exact measures of that you would do when you are being tailed. I walk to a stand selling pretzels and bought one. If you want to blend in with the crowd you need to look like you belong, so I quickly blend in loving the fact that I'm not beautiful or ugly enough to draw attention. I look to see the blonde girl doing exactly what I am doing except looking everywhere, she is looking for a tail. Woah, who are these people?

I take out my phone and look up Gallagher Academy. I twist my lips to the side and read about how it is a boarding school for heiress or whatever but what really catches my attention is the fact that they had a secret bug hidden in the corner that you could hack into. I start up the page and start to work my magic, I have always been good with hacking. This site takes me a little over 20 minutes to hack into, wow that is harder then most I've ever done. I look at the non-censored web page and find that it is a school for spy girls, well that is interesting. I stand up and look into the crowd spotting a couple of them, time to start my tailing.

At 4:47 all of the girls started to head to the Wizard of Oz exhibit. I managed to tail all of those girls at least once and not get caught but I mainly stayed on the blonde one. She was the most talented one, and she looked a lot like me.

Her and a boy walk quickly to the exhibit and at exactly 5:00 and 4 seconds she and a teacher start to talk. The teacher starts to say how she was late and she responded that she got here alone. Yeah sure you did I think. He looks up and looks straight at me, his eyes connect with mine and he looks like he wants to hunt me down and kill me, well that's nice. He tells her that she didn't make it here alone and motions to the boy. They carry on with the conversation and the man keeps his eyes on me the whole time. I decided to walk away and get some more food. I look at the metal rail in front of me and see him and all of the other girls following me. I smirk slightly and walk quicker and down a hallway that is very crowded, I slip down the renovated part of the building that is off limits and look over my shoulder to see them all pushing threw the crowd, nice way to be subtle I think to myself. I stop in the hallway and lean on the wall waiting for them to show up. What's the point of running away, if they lock me up in some jail it's way better then being in that other prison. They all slow down when they see me leaning on the wall and eye me as if I'm crazy. The man that I guess is their teacher approaches me and asks a simple question, "Who are you?" Yeah the question was that simple.

"Well I can go by many things but if you asking for a real name I think I'm gonna go with Sammie," hey it's close enough to my real name.

"Why were you following my students?"

"Well aren't you full of questions," I say back dodging the question.

He pauses for a second before asking, "Who do you work for?"

"Believe it or not I don't work for anyone, I don't have a job. School is fairly important to me." I state to him, to tell you the truth school doesn't matter to me, I could have already graduated I take college classes and have a very high IQ and take very good tests.

He looks at me before stating, "Can you come with me, I think our Headmistress would really like to meet you."

"Yeah ok that's fine with me," I turn and grab my bag that I had put on the ground.

When I turn back he had already started to walk back but the girls were all staring at me. I raise a single eyebrow before following after their teacher.

We go out of the Mall and into a van, he places a blind fold on all of us without a single bit of information. We drive around for 5 minutes and 36 seconds before being led into a helicopter, or what I'm guessing is one because we still have the blindfolds on. We are flown around in that for 34 minutes and 27 seconds before we touch the ground. Our blindfolds are removed but I don't even need that to know exactly where we are. My GPS in my body had told me exactly where we were the whole time so when I looked out to see Gallagher Academy I wasn't very surprised.

The teacher lets all of the girls go and turns to face me.

"I will take you to the Headmistress's office where we will explain something's to you,"

"Okay," I breath out.

Once we are inside I look around to see all of the spy gear they had left out, volumes of books about assassins and spy's line the bookshelf, weapons of all kind are on display. Wow this place is cool.

"We're here," he tells me knocking on the door, to be opened by a very beautiful woman. I squint my eyes and tilt my head to the side. She looks so familiar, where have I seen her? She looks like that gir- oh my god.

"Sam?" She asks looking surprised to see me.

"Aunt Rachel?"
