It's a never ending ride, I'm sorry we tried.

It seemed that their hope
Was tied with a rope
Their justice seemed silenced
They want the government to allow them to rest.

An innocent man
Desperate for help
His fate was met
But with the end of a gun

The criminal was freed
From the court, no  fee
Colton soul wasn't freed
It seemed it couldn't flee

The indigenous community
Is desperate for change
No matter the range
The government refused to change

A wonderful family
Living is Saskatchewan
A son desperate for am eye appointment
To only receive disappointment

A racist receptionist
Who isn't the best
Now can't rest
Because she was racist

The news, the media
They are just shady
They are greedy
To receive their money

Talking about false information
About the indigenous community
They're afraid of the truth
Because they don't know what it's worth

They're just scared of hate
For a bad rate
But it's a little late
Don't you think?

The indigenous community is shut down
It's a little bit of a let down
As the rain poured down
It covered the crown

It was pure hell
Like a never-ending bell
It was too real
To make such a big deal

There is a man
Who is made of power
He serves justice
And service

Who cares if money
And fame
Oh it's such a shame
That he is the one to blame

He really is a devil
Who has a sick game
Wow it is a shame
He IS the one to blame.

That we are playing
His sick game
Almost like
A feeling for fame

The murder
The receptionist
The media
The government.

Can't they take a hint?
Just like a piece of lint,
Take it off, throw it out
For it grow back out.

There was a residential school
The government though it was cool
But the children were drowning in a swimming pool
Oh, how cruel.

The apology
Make me angry
I can't sleep
But to only weap.

It's like a movie
That we can't see
Only to fear
Just like a strong bear.

We cleanse
But just like a camera lens
It was foggy
The feeling was groggy

I smudge
But I doesn't budge
It holds me like a grudge
I can't budge

I smudge my heart
I smudge my head
I smudge my stomach
I smudge my eyesight.

A moment of silence
To end the violence.
