The room was silent as the occupants were torn. Half wanting to hear the answer to Molly's question whilst the other half were scared of what the answer would be. Always having been one to cover uncomfortable silences with sarcasm Anna responded halfheartedly. "I know it's been a few years Molly but I didn't think I'd changed that much' this only fueled the confusion of Molly Weasley. Rolling her eyes Anna couldn't help but laugh at a memory as she spoke 'honestly, think back, who is the only person beside my brother to make Sirius Black cry?' as if the mention of a brother wasn't enough of a hint, Harry's gasp was, as, for once, a Potter wasn't oblivious to the situation before him. However, this gasp only brought Anna's attention to the boy, her grip on Sirius tightening. Her heart was telling her this was James stood before her, but, although she was exhausted Anna's mind still pointed out the excruciating fact that Anna had seen, held and cried over James' lifeless body. As Harry and Anna stared at eachother, the other occupants of the room began to recognise the similarities between them, from the high cheekbones to the unruly jet black hair that had cursed the Potter family for generations. As people began to form their own conclusions of who this woman was, Harry spoke, causing the whispers to silence immediately.
'i... I remember you, you were there the night.. the night they died.' Harry whispered innocently, not noticing this had caused many of the room to reach for their wands again. However, before any could act, Harry had thrown himself toward Anna, catching her completely off guard as she stumbled back, trying to balance herself as the first sob wracked through Harry's body.
'oh god' he cried as Harry's mind replayed the words she had spoken on the night the dementors had made him relive so many times. "I could never bring myself to tell Remus that I had heard someone else that night, beside my parents." Harry whispered, only Anna and Sirius being able to hear him as she held the boy to her chest like a mother would comfort a chile, a position she was accustomed to having held Harry's father in this exact position many times in the past. "I can remember everything from your cries, the touch of your lips as you tried to comfort me, from the men in black who dragged you away from me." Even Harry was aware however, not to mention the words she had screamed, the things they had seen and the unmistakable, inexcusable pain they had felt. Harry's eyes overflowed with tears as the heartbroken cries of Anna replayed on repeat in his mind.
"Please.. please come back to me"
"You promised, you promised you'd never leave me"
"Eskhatos ekhthros katargeitai o thanatos."
Anna froze at the mention of the death eaters as her own eyes filled with tears, remembering the things they had done to her during her time in capture. Those who had not yet established the connection of this women to the men in the room recognised the woman posed no immediate threat, Alastor Moody having lowered his own wand, reassuring them further, prompted the room to clear, recognising this was a private affair and that Harry would be safe with his godfather. Despite the struggles of Ron as he demanded to stay with Harry, all who remained were Remus, Severus, Dumbledore and the three still huddled in the corner, oblivious of their company.
Severus Snape collapsed into a chair in the corner of the room, feeling utterly resentful and drained, but not for the reasons those around him assumed. Depite his hatred for James Potter and Anna's close relation to him as his twin, she had only ever shown Severus kindness, even when he did not deserve it. It was for this reason that Severus felt resentment, not resentment that she was alive and present, but resentful that he could not save her, knowing what his former friends did to prisoners.

Hours had past yet the 6 occupants of the dining room in 12 Grimmauld Place had not moved, having fallen into a peaceful silence as Anna comforted a sleeping Harry into her chest, Sirus' hand still gripped tightly in her own, as if the two were scared the other would vanish into thin air. To any outsiders they would appear to be the perfect family, Harry being the spitting image of his father, and therefore Anna.
Unfortunately, Dumbledore, oblivious to the hatred directed toward him in that moment decided to speak. "My dear, I'm sure you want to catch up with everyone but I must ask you some questions, how on earth did you come to be here?' at hearing his voice, something inside Sirius snapped as he shot up with a glare that would have made McGonagall proud.
"Leave." the word was spoken with such malice and authority, the tension within the room so thick it could have only been cut with a diamond.
Dumbledore was shocked into silence. At his lack of action Sirius took a step forward "I may not have a wand, and I may have been disowned but I am the sole remaining heir of House Black, making me Lord Black and my wife Lady Black and Lady Potter. You are outranked and outnumbered, this is my ancestral home Dumbledore, and it will aid myself and my wife and us alone. You will leave immediately or I will ensure you are forcefully ejected from the building."
It was easy for Anna and Remus to forget the upbringing Sirius had experienced, Anna saw it more than others but it was still a shock to remember the power that Sirius would have held if he'd followed his families dreams for him, the power he now did hold.
Although looking resentful and unwilling, Dumbledore dissapperated after only a moments hesitation. "now that is most definitely a problem for another day" Sirius stated, sounding much more like himself. Causing Anna to laugh for the first time in 14 years.
