12AM (midnight)- 2nd day in hotel. Tomorrow- Sydney
We decide to stay up late tonight because this is our last night to stay up really late until the big show in Sydney. The boys and I are all in Daniel and Zach's room. Jack and Jonah are both sitting on the big office chairs beside the tv, me and Zach are spread out one bed, Corbyn is laying on the floor, and Daniel is spread out like a starfish on the other bed. We are all fine. Happy and calm- tired, but still awake. Zach and I are talking about our favorite frozen yogurt toppings and I here the other boys cracking their favorite jokes and pick up lines. "Hey! Why don't we go on a livestream on instagram? With all of us. No one has seen Emily on tour yet." Corbyn says. All of us agree and put the phone up against the mirror/desk. "Hey guys! We are Why Don't We and this is Emily, Jonah's fi..." he stops and clears his throat, "Girlfriend." I smile, trying to not be embarrassed. "Hi!" I shout from the top row. The setup is: Corbyn, Jack, and Jonah on the bottom row. And Zach, Daniel, and I on the top row.
The live stream lasts for a good hour before we all say bye to the people in the phone.
"Look what I may have snuck in?" Corbyn says mischievously. All of our eyes widen in curiosity as he pulls something out of his bag. 2 huge bottles of Vodka. Um excuse me. The shiz. "Oohhhh" some of the boys cheer. "What do you say? Treat ourselves?" Corbyn asks. First off, whatever. They are teenage rebellious guys. But Second off, Corbyn never breaks rules- especially laws. What is going on in that boys mind. The boys cheer again, but they are cut off by Corb. "But! There is a twist. We are going to do truth or dare mixed with spin the bottle. The rules are: someone spins the bottle and whoever it lands on, needs to do either a truth or dare- except the person who spins the bottle gets to choose whether the victim gets a truth or dare and the victim does whatever the person chooses. It sounds complicated, but it's not. You'll all get it once we start. Oh and also! No boundaries." Eh perfect. "If you choose to not do whatever the person chooses for you, you drink a long gulp of this." He says pointing at the alcohol. Jonah looks at me when Corbyn says "no boundaries" and I know we are thinking the same thing. "Fine. Let's play." I say confidently even though I'm petrified at the sound of the game. "Are you sure?" J asks and he puts his hand on my thigh. I nod and we start to play. Daniel spins the bottle and it lands on Jonah. Jonah roles his eyes and nods his head to motion Corbyn to get to it. "Ok, pretty boy, tell us one thing you hate about Emily's appearance." What does he think he is getting done by this. The audacity. Jonah laughs, "Really? That's how we are playing? Nothing. There is nothing I hate. She is absolutely beautiful and I've never seen anyone brighter or more gorgeous. Okay is it my turn?" He smirks because he knows he got under Corb's skin. "Not good enough. There has to be one thing." Corbyn tries to pull at the question more. "I told you my answer." Jonah says and gestures for Zach to spin. Zach and Daniel both go and they both choose to take a drink instead. Then it's Jack's turn. He spins and it lands on me. "Have you ever thought of cheating on Jonah with Corbyn?" Wow Jack. Wow. I guess Jack is in it for real. "Never." I say a little to fast for Corbyn's liking, but I'm not lying. I never have. I kind of like Corbyn when we first met, but then I realized I liked Jonah and that Corbyn was just my best friend. "Nice, baby." Jonah says as he smiles proudly. My turn. I spin the bottle and it lands on Corbyn. "I dare you tell us why you've been acting weird so much lately." He smiles and without consideration, he started to drink down the bottle. Weird. And concerning. After me it's Jonah, then Corbyn, and then back to Zach. Zach spins the bottle and it lands on Corbyn. "I dare you and Emily to sleep together tonight. Not anything bad, but just sleep together and at least one make out." He says with a dirty smirk on his face.
"No. I object!" Jonah shouts.
"Uh yeah I get a day in this too right?" I chime in.
"No, you both don't get a say in this and fine, I'll do it." He agrees. "You act like it's a punishment to you." Jack says as he looks at me and roles his eyes. I laugh. "First off, it's my body, so... you're funny." I say as I laugh sarcastically. "Well I'm not drinking anymore just so I can't sleep with the girl I like." He says so selfishly. All of us are either silent in amazement of how stupid this situation is or they are too drunk to comprehend any of this. "Fine." I get off my butt and reach for the big bottle of alcohol and drink as much as the other boys did. Why are you so stupid, Em? I immediately feel like I'm about to throw up and I hear from my left, "Really, Em?" I hear Jonah say and then he laughs at me. And I laugh too. "See, Corbyn, I did it for you." And I smiles out of pure anger and happiness. Yep, it's kicking in. After a few more rounds of the stupid game, Jonah, the only sober one left, decided to call it a night. The rest of the boys passed out in the room, but J and I decided to go back to the room. We walk in and I plop myself under the covers and fall asleep right away.
Jonah's POV
She is so daring and she really doesn't care what anyone thinks about her. And even though that was an immature move, she still did it because she had a good reason. Corbyn isn't right for putting her through all of his drama. I can handle it and I know Em can too, but she doesn't deserve it. She falls right asleep as soon as we walk in and I do something's before I get in bed too. I decide to take a shower and order some room service because I can't fall asleep. It's 3AM, and even though I know we have our free day today, I know I should still try to fall asleep. I get out of bed and bring my book bag over to get my songwriting book. Late nights like these are the best for writing songs in my opinion. And within 30 minutes, I finally drift off.
"Goodnight my beautiful fiancé." And I kiss Emily on the cheek, before I drift off into my dreams.
