"Mari's P.O.V."
Juleka and I make our way to Emerald's dorm room. We are going to talk to her about how she has been treating Juleka. Well, I am.
We find it in the North wing. I start to knock on the door but I hear what I think is sniffling. I knock and I hear a faint come in.
We walk in to the unlocked room and I see a fragile girl curled in her blankets and surrounded by tissues.
"Um, hi. Are you Emerald?" She nods slightly.
"If you don't mind me asking, what's wrong?"
"I don't mind. My mother just called me. She told me that she and my dad got in a fight and my dad hit her really hard and my mom fell. My dad left and my mom called the police. When the police called her back, they said-" then Emerald starts to sop. "
"My dad died. H-he was driving and he was speeding and he crashed into the highway and he died." Then she cries uncontrollably.
"I am so sorry!" Juleka says coming from behind and holds her hand.
"I know how it feels! My dad died in a boating accident."
"Oh my goodness! I am so sorry! I was so stupid to be mean to you, I was just caught up in knowing something's up with my family. I am so sorry!"
"It's ok! I completely understand!" Juleka says smiling.
"Could we be friends? I could use one right about now." Emerald says.
"Of course!" Juleka says hugging Emerald.
Emerald had troubles so she gave others trouble. Or, she is being mean because she is insecure. Perspective.
I decided to publish two chapters today! But they Bothe will be short. The next will be a little longer though! I was struggling with the name of the chapter so this is the smartest solution. Enjoy! Comment down below what you think will happen with both colleges. Hint: Evil is on the way!
