"Marinette's P.O.V"
I pop the last bag of popcorn and dump it into the big bowl where the rest of the popcorn is. I put the bowl where the rest of the snacks are.
"I have the last of the yogurt covered pretzels!" Ashley says munching on a few.
"All of them that you haven't eaten that is," Auburn says bringing in a pile of pillows.
There was a knock at our door and Jazmyn gets it. In walks Adrianna, Emerald, and Juleka.
"Hey Jule, Hey girls!" I say hugging everyone who comes in.
"Hey, Mari. I left my gift yesterday but I brought it today! Happy Birthday!" Adrianna says handing me a bracelet (a leather bracelet woven with silver jewels.)
"Adri it's beautiful! Where did you get it?" I say clipping it onto my wrist.
"Oh, I made it in my sewing class. Do you like it?" she asked rubbing the back of her neck sheepishly.
"I love it Adri! Thank you so much!" I say hugging her.
-Time Skip-
Two movies later, everyone is on the floor, eating what's left of the snacks.
"Where's the pizza?" Annie asked, who's in my design class.
"I ordered it fifteen minutes ago. It'll be here soon," Jazmyn says looking through her phone. We hear a knock on the door and everyone looks over to it, but too lazy to get up.
"I'll get it!" Auburn says going toward the door. She opens it to find Shawn.
"Oh, H-hi Shawn," Auburn says nervously scratching the back of her neck.
"Hey, Sunshine," looks past Auburn and looks at the group "Party I assume," he says giving a little wave toward us.
"Yes, we are very hungry so," she quickly grabs the pizza and puts it on the counter behind her, "I'll see you tomorrow"
"Ok, bye everyone! Bye Sunshine," He says winking and making his way to the elevator. Auburn turns, grabs the pizza and sets down in the middle of the circle we were all sitting in. She looks up the see a group of girls looking at her.
"What?" she says grabbing a slice of pepperoni pizza. She bites it while giving us a confused look.
"So! You and Shawn?" I say picking up a thin-crusted bacon and pineapple pizza.
"I guess... he hasn't exactly...." Auburn says hesitantly.
"Asked you out?" I say taking a guess.
"Er..no, not exactly...he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend yet," Auburn says sheepishly now eating the crust of the pizza.
"But he has asked you out?" Annie says smirking and listening on.
"Yeah, actually we are going on a date tomorrow afternoon," Auburn says smiling to her self.
Ooooooo's were heard around the room. Auburn blushes but quickly changes the subject.
"Hey! I have a game we can play," Auburn says, "we can do a Mario Kart tournament, but if you lose your round, you have to say one embarrassing fact about yourself."
"Oh! You're on!" Adrianna says
"Let's do it!" I say glancing at Jule, knowing she knows how much I LOVE video games.
