Tyler put his ukulele away.

"I think we should get into the practicing." He said.

"Of course Tyler." Josh replied.

They both stepped into the recording room. Josh sat at the drums while Tyler stood at the piano.

"Now, usually I would ask someone to turn on the track for the song, but this time, we're practicing so there's no need to do that."

"But we can do that at the concert right?" Josh asked.

"Most definitely." Tyler replied. "Ready?"

Josh nodded.

Tyler started pressing the keys on the piano while Josh banged on the drums. He picked up his microphone and rapped the first verse.

I wake up fine and dandy but then by the time I find it handy

Then I feel my soul start leaving

Tyler stops, along with Josh.

"Okay, now, at this part, the tempo is gonna change a bit. Do you think you can handle it."

"Tyler, I can drum anything." Josh said. "I think I can do this."

Tyler smiled and chuckled.

"Okay, let's give it a try."

I'll stay awake
Cause the dark's not taking prisoners to tonight."

"There you go! You got it!"

Tyler jumped back to the piano.

After a few hours of practicing, Tyler and Josh finally completed their first song.

"We did it!" Tyler said. "We have this song done!"

"I know!" Josh said. "It's going to sound great!"

"We May have to practice it again tomorrow if you don't care."

"Of course I don't care Tyler. I already have this memorized."

Tyler smiled.

"Awesome."

Afterwards, Tyler took Josh home. Josh immediately went to Instagram and texted Tyler.

joshuadun: i had such a fun time practicing with you today :)

tylerrjoseph: so did i, we are gonna rock this concert next week. it is going to be sick!!

joshuadun: i stan that.

tylerrjoseph: same lol

Suddenly, Josh's mom Laura walked in. Josh hid his phone.

"Are you coming down for dinner?" She asked.

"I'm not hungry." Josh said.

"You should be." Laura said.

"Can I wait?"

"Yes, but please eat soon, I don't wanna waste it."

As soon as she walked out, Josh went back to texting.

joshuadun: sorry my mom walked in.

tylerrjoseph: i hope she didn't see

joshuadun: she didn't. thank god.

tylerrjoseph: ya.

Tyler wanted to admit his feelings to Josh. But he didn't want to make him think he was crazy.

tylerrjoseph: i really think you're amazing.

joshuadun: aww, same to you.

tylerrjoseph: i really like you.
