" hi daddy ." I said giving a nervous smile .
Daddy brought me into his arms and kissed my forehead .
I gave Juan the side eye as he looked confused as ever .
" how have you been ?" He asked admiring me .
" I've been good daddy and you ?"
" good now that I've seen my baby girl . This is where you been all this time?" He asked hugging me again .
I shook my head no and laughed nervously .
I left home when I turned 18 and never looked back . I know I was still a baby but I had my reasons .
" why don't we catch up during dinner ?" He said locking his arm into mine but I slightly pulled away and wrapped my arm around Juan's torso .
" I have plans ." I said watching Daddy's smile turn into a frown .
" well I'll leave you to it . Give your old man a hug ." He said and I walked over and hugged him.
I would've liked to have dinner with daddy and catch up on things that I have missed but I knew he was gonna give me the " it's time ." And I don't think I'm ready cause it's not like he'll be asking , he'll be telling .
" come home . For me . For your mother . You can't keep running from your responsibilities ." He whispered into my ear .
I gave him a smile then kissed his cheek and nodded not knowing if I was gonna fall through with what he just told me .
I turned to Juan and tried to take his hand but he pulled away and began walking to his car .
I sighed understanding why he was so upset .
I followed him to his car and got in .
" why didn't you tell me that your dad was the most powerful well known man in the game ? That you were any relation to one of my most respected business partners ." He asked
" because I didn't want to be related to that . That's why I ran away from that ." I said
" well it would've been nice to know Dynasty. Why did you run away from home ? He seems like he wants you there and you to come home ."
" I know I know and I'm sorry . He only wants me to come home because he knows I'm the only one eligible to take over once he dies or decides to step down ."
" you must not want that and don't you have other siblings ?" He asking causing me to look at him stupid .
"Obviously not if I left . I do miss my family but I know once I go home , I know what I'm gonna be walking into . Yeah I do but they are hot headed or has their head in the clouds doing legal shit ." I said as my phone seeing Kendra calling . I declined and looked at Juan .
