There were a guy named, James Dawson, who is very in love with this girl named, Alice Cooper. James is a romantic guy, he folded 1,000 pieces of paper-cranes as a gift to Alice.
Although, at the time James was just a small fry in his company, his future doesn't seemed too bright, they were very happy. Until one day, Alice told James that she was going to Paris and never coming back. Alice also told James that she couldn't visualize any future for the both of them, so let's their own ways there and then .......
Heartbroken, so James agreed. But, when James regained his confidence, he worked hard days and nights, while slogging his body and mind just to make something out of himself.
Finally with these hard work and the help of his friends, James had set up his own company called, Serendipitous Azure Shoots. (Side Note: You should never fail to what you do until you stop trying.) One rainy day, while James was driving; James seen an elderly couple sharing an umbrella the rain, and walking to some destination. Even with the umbrella, they were still drenched. It didn't take James that long to realize the elderly couple were Alice's parents (Shane and Caroline). With a heart in getting back at them, wanting them to spot him in his luxury sedan. James wanted them to know that he wasn't the same anymore; he had his own company, a car, and cofort etc.
James had made it! Before James realizes that Shane and Caroline were walking towards to the cemetery, and James got out of the car and followed them. And James saw his girl Alice, a photograph of Alice smiling sweetly as ever at James from Alice's tombstone. James saw his paper craines besides her.
Find time to realize that there is one person who means so much to you; for you might wake up one morning and losing that one person who thought meant nothing to you. Shane and Caroline saw James standing there at Alice's grave. James asked them why why did this happened. Shane and Caroline explained that Alice did not leave for Paris at all. Alice was actually was diagnosed with brain cancer. Alice had believed that James will make it someday, but she did not want to be his obstacle.
Therefore, Alice had chosen to leave James. Alice had wanted her parents to put James paper cranes beside her, because, if one day comes when fate brings James to get again, so James can take some of the paper cranes back with him.
Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to, doesn't mean they don't love you all they have.
