Chapter 6- Night with Eren/(Y/n)

Psh. I have no idea what you're talking about. I didn't put this song on because Eren sang it. Nope. Nuh uh.

Reader's Pov:

Eren and I laid underneath the covers, giving each other as much space as we could. Though, it would be nice if we could be a little bit closer.

I slightly blush at my thoughts and nuzzle my face into the blankets. The blankets smell just like him. I close my eyes in comfort before opening them back up.

I realized that I was facing his nightstand. He had his alarm clock, making me realize that I still need to get a new one. He had a lamp as well. But what brought me to my attention that he had a picture in a frame.

I squint to get a better view of it in the moonlight, only to realize it was me and him. Why would he have a picture of me and him on his nightstand? I'm really flattered, especially since he's my best friend and a little bit of a crush...but why..?

I was brought out of my thoughts when Eren had scooted close to me. His chest was now touching my back. I quietly gulp down my nervousness. It's okay...he's just sleeping...he doesn't know that this is happening.

"Mm...(Y/n).." He mumbled as he wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me even closer to him. I cover my mouth with my hand to keep myself from making any weird noises.

OH MY GOD WHAT IS HE DREAMING ABOUT?! HE'S HUGGING ME SO CLOSE! RIENER! SASHA! CHRISTA! HELP ME!!! MY INNER FANGIRL CAN'T HANDLE THIS!

*An Hour Later*
Eren's Pov:

I wake up to see that I had wrapped my arm around (Y/n) and nuzzled my face into her neck. Oh Walls, I hope she wasn't awake when I did this. She probably panicked, thinking I was raping her or something...

I thought back to the dream I had when I fell asleep. I will admit...it was a dirty dream. I can't believe I had that kind of dream with (Y/n) in it. What kind of friend am I?! Ugh, I hope I didn't make any weird noises in my sleep, either.

I realized that I still had my face buried in (Y/n)'s neck when I smelled a good scent. I slowly backed off of her, not really wanting to, but knowing if (Y/n) found out about this she would flip.

I tried to fall back asleep, but it didn't work when (Y/n) rolled on her side to face me. Oh shit...is she awake? Does she know?

She began mumbling her in sleep before scooting closer to me, making me cease my breathing for a moment. Why is she...?

She wraps her arm around my torso while arching her leg up onto my waist. My eyes widened as she nuzzled her face into my chest. I knew she liked to snuggle her pillow a lot...but I can't help but be shocked by all of this affection, even if she's unconscious.

Recovering from the shock, I slowly wrap my arms back around her, causing her to snuggle even closer to me. "Don't leave me, Eren.." She murmured.

I couldn't tell if she was sleeping or not. But either way, I knew my response to her plea.

"I won't, ever. That's a promise." I whispered before hugging her even tighter.
