Luke was young when he fell in love with Ashton. He knew Ashton felt the same way. They also made dumb decisions, he admits. A year into dating, they moved into an apartment building in a suburb outside of Sydney. Both of their parents did not agree to that because they thought the two moved too fast into the relationship. But, Ashton and Luke did not care because only they knew how much in love they were.

The two were heads over heels in love with one another. Hell, they even talked about getting married and adopting children!

Now those dreams are dead.

Luke look down at the tiny box that held a ring in Ashton's size. The blonde planned to propose to his lover, but he left a few days before the proposal. The ring now haunts him.

Ashton told him that the fame was getting too much and that he could not breathe under all the pressure. He told him that he felt like he was suffocating and that he needed to get away.

Luke did not understand what Ashton meant until that day.

That day, he finally understood.
