I've seen many faces
but im to afraid to face it
the fact that I was
in the dark for so long.
I never realised
what I thought was my flight
turned out to be in a lake
where I drowned.
I tried and i tried
and i sat all the time crying
because I wasn't the one
but now that i know
that everybody has the glow
and they do find what they
were always searching for..
Hold onto me now
I was too far gone
I want to keep staring at
skies of burning suns
Let me see the light
Let me see the pretty kites
before we enjoy our midnight dance..
