Introduction: The fued

     Mermaids and fairies have been fighting for years. No one could get them to get along. Fairies take care of the land and Mermaids take care of the sea, that's how it has been. There are punishments if any mermaid and fairy contact each other because it's treason to them, even if they did nothing wrong. If 2 of these mythical creatures do get in contact, they get their voices taken so that they can't talk to each other ever again.
     They aren't fighting for no reason, they each have their own reasons to hate the other, but neither are correct. They don't know that though.
     Mermaids love the sea, it's their home that they want to take care of forever. Mermaids can talk to the fish and help them thrive. They can help the plants grow and stay healthy. They can even sense when  the water is being mistreated. They'll do anything to protect the sea, even ban an entire species from being able to enter it. And that's exactly what they did to the fairies. The faries have to protect their animals and wild life in land too.  They can fly around as fast as they want, they can speak to the animals, and they can grow plants and keep them alive.  They keep the air clean and protect the land from harm. They would do anything to protect the land, even ban and entire species from being able to go into it. And that's what they did to the mermaids.
     If a mermaid goes into fairy territory, they get put in a museum for fairies to look at. You're all alone in and little box of water, even if you didn't do anything wrong. You only get to see the fairies looking at you and judging you, forever.
     If a fairy goes into mermaid territory, they get pulled underwater and thrown into a bubble cell that blocks all light and life from getting inside. You can't fly around because of how small the bubble is. You can't see any life around you because of how deep underwater the bubble is kept. Fairies are really social creatures so being alone is like and form of torture to them.
     If a fairy and a mermaid meet and befriend each other, they'll be separated once they are caught. They'll have their voices taken so they can't come into contact again. They'll also have their abilities taken away so that they can't help or harm either realms.
     The feud has been going on for so long, that not very many know why it exists. The leaders of each side know why, but they don't share it out. Not even the princes of each side know why the feud exists. They think it's wrong and that they should realize that all they're doing is hurting each other and the land around it. The only problem is, if they shared their views, they would be mocked and ridiculed for being foolish. (I changed my mind and the leaders do tell the story of the feud but it's like neither really knows what actually happened. They saw something and assumed the worst and made a story that caused a big feud.)
     These 2 princes are Park Jimin the mermaid prince, and Jeon Jungkook the fairy prince. They are very protective over their realm and the creatures that live in it. They are both very beautiful and are very talented when it comes to helping their kind.  They are also very loyal to their kind and would never break any rule. Well except one, the rule about the separation of the mermaids and fairies.
