You got me, I got you. Our love was colored with different hues.
Each other’s happiness radiates in the air,
We shower each other with tender loving care
I miss you so much and I don’t know what to say,
Please don’t take my sunshine away.
Your smile used to twinkle like the stars,
Now, you’re beheld from afar.
Since you’ve departed this universe,
My world has become a blank verse.
Loving you is red,
But our memories left me in dread.
Oh, look what love could do,
Now I’m miserable without you.
You’re my bright light in the dark,
Now, I can't even glimpse a little spark.
Your laugh that echoed throughout the room,
Now, all there's left is gloom.
A warm sweater in the cold.
Losing grip after a tight hold.
Certainty amidst the worry.
A clear sight after the blurry.
Loving you and then losing you.
The bittersweet tragedies in life we go through.
