Castiel stares at Dean for the first time, invisible to him, and watches the scene play out. Dean gasps for breath as he emerges from his grave. Dirt rolling down his face and Castiel stares motionless at the god-perfected face that lie just ahead of him. Dean looks around him at the circle of fallen trees and for a brief moment Castiel hopes that Dean sees him. Deans eyes bypass him as he begins to walk away. Castiel lets out a breath as he lowers his head. Ashamed that he has fallen for this human, he follows him to a shop where Dean breaks in. Castiel stutters as he decides whether to speak out or not. He makes himself visible but Dean does not see him, so he starts to talk in his tongue believing he will understand. He unwillingly saw the glass shatter and Dean fall to the ground. Cas stopped and returned home immediately.

"Cas? What are you doing here?" Dean asked as he walked around in the bunker.

"I-I wanted to see you." Cas said awkwardly. Dean threw on a face of content and quickly wiped it off.

"Sure, what's up?" Dean wiped his hands on his denim jeans. Cas noticed this and bit his lip,

"I, um, I don't know how to do this." Cas cleared his throat. Dean smiled and walked closer to Cas staring at the ground. Not moving his head away from the ground, Dean looked up with his eyes and into Castiel's blue eyes that looked like two tiny galaxies, "Me neither." Cas smiled and whispered,

"You are...much better at this than I am." Dean moved even closer to Cas leaving only an arm width between them. Cas stared up at Dean and felt his face heat up,

"I've never felt this way about any angel before, not even a human. But you, Dean, have made me feel-I don't know what the word is. Forgive me."

"I think the word you're looking for is human." Dean said staring at Castiel's pink lips.

"That sounds about right." Castiel moved his foot so he could step closer to Dean but hit his toe on his heel and fell into Dean's arms. Castiel's face buried in Dean's chest, Castiel recovers from the fall. Dean, supporting Castiel's weight, turns Castiel's face upwards,

"Smooth." he whispers.

"I didn't plan that- I swear." Cas stutters.

"I don't care if you planned it or if you didn't, you're here now and I'm not letting go." Dean says, bringing Cas to his feet and embracing for an everlasting hug. Dean looks over Castiel's shoulder and sees Sam walk in the bunker, wearing a blue and white plaid shirt with jeans and a belt. Dean pulls away from Cas and clears his throat,

"Sammy. What's the news." Still his right hand on Castiel's shoulder he winks at him and walks to Sam, where they meet at the bottom of the stairs.

Dean awakens in the chair in the dining room, Castiel staring at him wondrously.

"Cas." Dean croaked, rubbing his eyes.

"Hello Dean." Cas breathed in his masculine voice.
