Dean screamed as a demon named Astaroth cut off his left middle finger.

"Looks like I can't flip people off for a while." Dean joked through deep breaths as he looked at his right hand. His right hand had no fingers, it looked like a club of flesh. Astaroth let out a breath of both disgust and astonishment.

"You just never quit, do ya?" He moaned. Dean smiled and shook his head,

"I never quit." Astaroth grabbed a knife and quickly flayed Dean's stomach with one quick motion.

"Ugh. You son of a bitch." Dean muttered, breathing heavily to hold in the pain. Astaroth flayed Dean's stomach again.

"Watch your tongue boy, that's my mother you're talking about." he seriously responded.

"You don't even remember your mother." Dean sneered. Astaroth flayed Dean two more times.

"I still remember what it's like to be human." Astaroth looked away and put the knife on the tray. Dean smiled pleasingly and raised his eyebrows,

"Hit a little too close to home, huh?" Astaroth growled as he thought of his family. a mother, and a sister.

"Well, now I know you're weakness." Dean satisfyingly responded.

"You're not the only one who knows weaknesses Dean." At the last word Dean saw the back of Astaroth change. his clothes, face, hair, everything was Sam. Dean swallowed trying not to cry out.

"Hey Dean." Astaroth role played.

"You're not my brother." Dean angrily stated.

"Don't say that Dean." The fake Sam looked hurt.

"I know that I'm always the monster, but I'm still you're brother." Sam cried out his eyes turning blue.

"Stop." Dean screamed. Sam looked at Dean again perfectly fine.

"What's wrong Dean." Sam's voice doubled,

"Aren't you having fun?" Dean stared at him, terrified.
