"Sam we have to do something!" Cas whimpered as soon as he entered the bunker, Dean in his arms. Sam hesitantly took Dean from him and carried him down the stairs. Cas followed him down, not wanting to be parted from Dean too long.

"It was my job-." Cas felt the tears beginning to well up again.

"It was my job to-" Cas tried again, but it seemed his throat had closed up. Sam walked over to Cas, knowing what he was trying to say. He laid a hand on Cas' right shoulder.

"I know, Cas. It's not your fault." Sam comforted. Cas shook his head, angrily. As he turned to the wall and punched it he screamed,

"It was my FAULT!!!!!" his fist went through the wall and bits of it flew towards his face. Sam backed away a bit, letting the angel cool off.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to-." Cas began, removing his fist from the giant hole.

"How bout we go and sit down?" Sam patted the angels back as he led him to the table.

"I really didn't mean to do that- I can fix it-." Cas offered, as Sam cut him off.

"Cas, it's fine." Sam nervously laughed. Sam sits Cas down onto the chair. Dean was laying on the ground at the bottom of the stairs.

"I need to-I need to do something." Cas stutters. Sam sits down in the chair in front of him.

"First, you need to calm down." Sam orders.

"I am calm, Sam." Cas stares at Sam, eyes red and puffy.

"Don't let emotions get the better of you." Sam tries to give advice.

"Look who's talking." Cas scoffs.

"I'm just saying, do it for justice, not for revenge." Sam offers again.

"I loved him Sam!" Cas yells.

"I did too!" Sam screams, having had enough of Cas. Sam stands up, forcing his chair backwards. Cas stares up at Sam for a second before standing up himself.

"Who do you think you are, boy?" Cas scoffs again. Sam stares at Cas, angrily.

"Better to Dean then you ever will." Sam threatens.

"Oh you think so? Well get this through your demon blood obsessed head: DEAN IS DEAD!" Cas yells into Sam's face. Cas disappears, the sound of forceful wings leaving. Sam lets the tears go, as he collapses into the chair where Cas once sat. Dean is dead. Sam keeps replaying Cas' words through his head as he whimpers in the silence. Cas and him were supposed to be there for each other, after Dean had died. They weren't supposed to fight. Dean wouldn't have wanted that.

Cas appears in heaven, Dean's body with him. He holds back his tears that now flow quite frequently. Dean is dead. He doesn't want him to be.

"Alright listen up, you are to help me, or I will slaughter every last one of you." Cas calls to the other angels, his angel blade coming out of his bloody trench coat. Many angels appear before Castiel.

"Castiel, you are not to show your face here." Ester menacingly threatens.

"Dean is in Hell. You're going to get him out." Castiel orders.

"Are we?" Ester laughs. Cas disappears and reappears behind an angel, stabbing them and waiting as a blue glow lights up inside their body. Ester tries to attack him, but he disappears as she stabs at the air, where he was. He reappears behind the same angel and takes his blade. Cas appears by Dean's body and stares at Ester,

"Do not underestimate me."
