School was finally over. God bless. I grab my things from my desk and put them in my bag. "Hey, I was wondering if you'd like to come over and study with me?" Riku asks.

"Can't, I have work in just an hour at least. How about tomorrow though. I don't have anything to do?"

"Sure, sound good. I'll see you tomorrow. Bye Kumi!" She waves. I wave back.

After done packing my things, I start going downstairs to leave home. I hear a bunch of girl scream coming from downstairs. I look over through the balcony only to see Uehara walking by, and that Riku is one of those girls following him. I roll my eyes at her. And continue to head down and leave.

As I'm leaving the school, I see a bunch of boys playing soccer. I'm guessing it's the soccer team. But the one that stands out to me the most was Daichi. Probably because he was the only one I knew. And I don't really talk to much boys in this school. The only boys I talk to are the ones on my class, which of course make fun of everyone who bothers to walk in late or anything.

I see him stop what he's doing only to go over to the other side of the fence. He was talking to me a few students. I recognized them as Nao Yoshikawa, Marina Konna, and Yuichi Mitsushi. I only knew them because of some sorta project my class had to do with there's last year. I knew then well, but not to well. Nao was a nice girl though, probably the nicest ever.

I ignore the rest of what they're were doing and continue to leave exit the school. I find the exit is locked from where I was going, which lead to me going around the school and taking the long way home.

Right as I exit, a bike stops in front of me. And me being the idiot I am almost ran into it because I look down all the time. "Hey, need a ride home?"

I look up to see Daichi smiling at me. I stand there with a blank expression at first. The I look back down not knowing what to do.

"Take a seat, I wasn't even gonna take no as an answer." He says patting the seat behind him.

I shift but hop on. I tell him my address and we start heading for my home.

We sat there in silence, but it was nice silence. I only sit there smiling and taking in the nice breeze. I likes this. It was nice.

It all ended pretty soon because I don't live far from here. "Thanks for the ride home. I hope it wasn't a bother for you." I say hopping of the bike.

"No problem, and it wasn't a bother. I actually enjoyed the ride." He smiles.

"Oh well, I'll see you tomorrow." I smile.

"Ok, see you tomorrow." He says smiling and then leaving on his bike.

I go back up to my apartment. Mom was taking a small nap on the couch with the drama from yesterday was on the tv. I rally didn't have much to do so I only ended up putting on my work clothes. Which meant only wearing the same short and different jeans.

I put everything into my bag that I need. My wallet, cell phone, and umbrella. I grab my yellow sweater that hanged on my closet pulled it over myself. I them walk ones into the kitchen and grabbed a small sticky note writing to my mom saying that I'll be home soon. I stick it to her coffee cup on the coffee table and kiss her forehead as I start leaving.

I put my shoes on and head down the stairs and walk over to the ramen shop. Issei notices that I'm early. "What the hell are you doing here!? You're like twenty minutes early!" He says.

"I had nothing better to do. And plus, I like this place to much." I say taking my seater off and putting on my apron.

"Oh I have an idea, why don't you study. You're probably way behind in your class." He says serving ramen into a bowl is I take it to a table.

"If you count being the top of my class begins then I must be doing terrible." I say sarcastically.

"If you didn't work here, you would be top of the grade, or even school." He tells me.

"Doubt that." I say serving more tables.

"Oh well, I still think you should study. Instead of being here all the time."

"You want to fire me." I say sarcastically. But fail and start laughing quietly.

"Ha ha, you're a funny one aren't you." He says pushing my lightly.

"Yes, yes I am."

"I wanna ask, if you didn't work here, or didn't have a job at all, what would you be doing?" He asks.

"Probably just hanging out with Riku is all. Nothing really special." I say.

"Or maybe, you would find yourself a boyfriend instead. There's probably like hundreds of boys falling for you right now at your school." He tells me.

"Yeah right, no boy would ever fall for me. And shut up, let the customers eat in peace." I tell him.

"Listen to the girl." His dad says patting Issei's head.

"But I like talking, and ramen." He says.

"No, you like talking and you love ramen. So much that you'd marry it. Wait, you're telling me to go find a boyfriend when you yourself don't even have a girlfriend." I pint out.

"Let's face it, ramen is and will always be my only love." He says as he continues to make more noodles.

"And let's face it, I won't get a guy that like me and my family is the only love I have."

"Touché." He says. "Now, give this bowl to them." He says handing me. Bowl of ramen.

I thank that today went well. God bless for this after everything that happened yesterday.
