One Of The Boys

The Sleepover

It was the big day and the boys had her ready to go.
Scott and Theo dropped her at the house with some final words of wisdom.
"They'll style your hair all pretty so don't freak out about someone suddenly touching your hair." Theo said. "Be nice."
"I'm always nice." Malia said.
"Riigghhtt..." Theo said and side glanced. "Anyway, Scott and I will drop you off and pick you up in the morning."
"Why can't I drop her off and pick her up?" Liam asked.
"Because you can't be trusted." Theo and Scott said.
Liam folded his arms and pouted.

The boys took her to Lydia's house and waited until she got inside to drive off.
Malia was a badass and usually fearless but she couldn't help but feel apprehensive here.
Thankfully, it didn't last long and she started warming up to them.
She actually enjoyed it. She let them put make up on her and do her hair. They gossiped, ate junk food and talked about boys. And being the soldier that she is, Malia dropped hints on Liam's behalf. Subtly isn't Malia's strongsuit.
"Oh. Uhh...Hayden. My friend Liam likes you, by the way."
"Really? That's awesome. I like him too." Hayden said sweetly.
"Yes!" Malia heard from outside.
"Who is Liam, again?" Lydia asked.
"Him." Malia pulled back the curtain.
"Heeeyyy..." Liam said awkwardly.
"You creep! I'm going to kill you!" Malia threatened.
"No. I have a better idea." Allison said.
"I'll get the pliers." Kira said.
"No!" Everyone said. Malia was already retrieving him downstairs.
"Come on, you nosy little twerp." Malia yanked his ear and pulled him upstairs. "Got him."
"Perfect." Lydia said darkly.

Scott pulled up at Lydia's house again an hour later to pick Liam up. Meeting an unexpected sight.
"Shut up." Liam said. Standing there in Lydia's pleated miniskirt, a tank top and make up.
"You're very pretty." Scott laughed.
"Make him stop!" Liam begged Malia.
"It's what you deserve. You'll get your clothes back in the morning." Malia said and signaled to Scott to take him home. Scott who was still laughing uncontrollably.
