Who are you?

Chapter 1-Dreams

I was flying above the stars. The earth was so small from up here. Millions of stars were getting together in pairs of two. When I looked closer I could see the stars had faces. The faces didn't look like they knew what was going on. They simply were there. I tried to fly higher so I would be able to see more. From what I could see all of the stars that paired up became one.

I watched as a little star made its way through the other stars. It was shiny like a pile of glitter. It flew outside the big bunch of stars and further away. It suddenly stopped beside a small and almost dead star. It was about to burn out when the unthinkable happened. The shiny star moved closer to the almost dead one.

They became one.

The new star looked much brighter and somehow happier. It suddenly flew away. I did my best to see where it was going. It was heading towards the earth. When I looked at the other stars, they did the exact same thing. They were all heading towards the earth once they found their mate. They all landed in different places on the earth.

As I looked more around my heart began to beat faster. It was strange. I tried to shake the weird feeling of by moving a little bit. The moment I started to move a force took over my body. I tried to get control over my body but without luck. I was flying even higher than before. I didn't understand why would the strange force drag me all the way up here?

It suddenly stopped in front of a glowing star

It was beautiful! It had a golden light with a mix of bright and dark yellow. I was overwhelmed by the vibe it was giving me. I felt safe in its presence. I could feel the strange force pushing me closer to it. As I got closer my heart stopped. The star was a boy. He had a small nose and soft dark eyes. His lips were plump and the shade of a strawberry. His hair was dark and pushed back. He looked very surprised but moved closer as well. My heart stopped and I couldn't move. His facial expression showed me that it was the same for him. I closed my eyes and waited.

I could hear it.

the way our hearts started to beat together for the first time.

I opened my eyes only to be met by his warm gaze.

He stretched his arm out and looked at me with a small smile. I smiled back and took his hand in mine. We both started to glow. He laughed and looked around. His eyes became smaller as his smile was growing. I couldn't stop smiling. The strange force pushed us against the earth. His laugh was like a song and I couldn't stop singing along. The earth suddenly became bigger and bigger.

I could feel my hand slip.
