Who are you?

Chapter 3- Her name

Jimin Point of view.

I was sweating and panting when I woke up. I wiped the pearls of sweat of my face and tried to focus on breathing.

 Everything seemed so unfamiliar and strange. I closed my eyes to calm myself. After a little while, everything suddenly came back to me. How I was flying between a million stars. 

How I was laughing with...

And then it hit me.

"Her..." I whispered. I placed a hand on my chest and closed my eyes.

 We were flying together and here I was...

alone and empty.

Her name...... she told me her name.

"Y/N.." I whispered. The moment her name escaped my lips I felt my heart turn. I collapsed from the intense pain and landed on the floor. It was unbearable. I suddenly felt all dizzy. The pain was slowly fading but suddenly the emptiness hit me instead. 

I was missing something....someone.

It was like a part of myself had been brutally taken away from me. I remembered her smile and tears of joy when she took my hand. I didn't know what happened I just offered her my hand. The weird part was that the force that brought us together separated us moments after. I fought the best I could but it was not enough. I had this weird feeling that we would meet again. I even told her we would. I felt so angry all of a sudden. 

Why would the force take her away from me?!

"Y/N...I need to find her I promised her!" I didn't realize that I was yelling. At least not before I could hear somebody curse nearby. The door to my bedroom quickly opened and revealed a very tired Taehyung. He was wearing a gray T-shirt with ducks and some sweatpants. 

"Jimin why the hell are you not sleeping? It's 2 am" 

Should I tell him what just happened? Nah I think I will wait till I find out myself.

"I..I just need some fresh air I will go for a walk" I couldn't find any other excuse. Sure it was in the middle of the night but who cares.

"Bro...I don't have the energy to ask you soooo I will just go to bed" He flashed me a little boxy smile before he left. 

I took my jacket from the closet and went downstairs. When I opened the door the cool night air hit me. It really was refreshing.  We lived close to a park so I decided to go there. I didn't have many opportunities anyway at this hour. As expected everything was empty. I walked over to the big lake in the middle of the park. The grass felt nice against my shoes. It was still untouched.

 I looked up at the sky. It sure was a beautiful night. 

I couldn't believe what I was looking at! 

The sky was filled with an ocean of shooting stars!

But.....something didn't feel right.

I squeezed my eyes to get a better look. The pain in my chest came back like a wave. I collapsed once again. I squeezed the grass between my hands. I forced myself to look up. What I saw made my heart hurt even more. I saw all the stars from before crying as they flew across the sky. They left a golden string of shining tears behind them. They were too far away from me to see their faces this time.

 But a specific star caught my attention.

 It was her.

Y/N.

I closed my eyes and tried to focus. I could feel my heart beat faster and faster. It was weird I could feel how sad she was and scared so...scared. 

I had to calm myself.

I had to calm her.
