Jimin point of view

Empty.

The moment I woke up from my dream, that was all I felt. A big feeling of absolutely nothing.

And now here I was, trying to explain what the hell I have done to myself, in front of the person I loved the most. The worst part about it is that I don't even know it myself. I'm sharing my body with another soul but, I have never felt this alone before.

Say something, explain what your purpose is. He chuckled and responded Don't you mean our purpose? Everything I do, you do, everything I say,  you say. We both know who really killed that woman, don't we?  the disgust in his voice made me sick. I felt the urge to throw up, right then and there.

 "Jimin?"

Her voice, it was so soft and gentle. Kai was slowly drifting away to escape the confrontation.  I forced him out of the darkest shadow in my mind. As if I was going to do this alone.

                                                                                           ...

After I or more like we, told her about our relationship she began to ask questions...

"What tasks?" her question kept lingering in my mind, again and again. Of course, it was a good question, I would have asked the same. Still, I couldn't get myself to tell her, the fear of her seeing me as a monster was too big. Kai was mentally yelling at me"HEY Romeo, you are spacing out! your girlfriend asked you a question"  I knew he wasn't the right one to tell her but, I couldn't take it anymore.

Everything was just getting too much.

I slowly let go and embraced the peaceful darkness. Kai was trying to reach out to me but I slapped his thoughts away. It felt like I was falling off a cliff. I could only hear small parts of his thoughts as I was falling.

Just falling and falling....until I hit the water. I opened my eyes and was met with a burning desire to breathe. The water was so...cold. The more I tried to fight my way back up to the shore, the more I was sinking.  The water was as strange as it sounds, so beautiful. The silver moonlight was diving under the water to caress the sea. I was floating around, water-gazing. Who needed the stars and the sky, when the real beauty was here. It felt like my lungs had given up.

The feeling of being strangled was gone. "Kai...Kai...Kai..." The small voice echoed through the underwater ballroom. I could see the shadow of a woman looking down into the water.

I was torn out of the surreal reality and met by a growling Kai

This was the first time I was seeing him standing right in front of me. Everything around us was black. His eyes were a glowing yellow. He was clenching his fists and looked like he was holding back.

"Never walk into my mind, ever again"
