Chapter 2: How does this work?

We walk to the a pod with Olia, "Alright guys let's start our training!" We got in the pod and saw that there was 3 seats that had controls, We all sat except Olia she was standing. "Oh god I don't think I can do this." Nayeli freak out. "You guys will get the hang of it" She tried to optimistic about it. "What happens if we crash it?" I asked her. She paused for a moment, "We won't be going up to high." I grabbed the handle, my palms began to sweat. The pod began to lit off the ground, "Arlyn I need you to check any ships around us, since Ana has blinds spots." Olia commanded Arlyn. We began to go up even high, I push the handle and we began to move forward, I moved out around trees, mountains, and other spacecrafts. "Okay I need you to go back where we came from." She told me, we landed. "Alright we need to switch seats since everyone needs to learn how to drive this" She tapped my shoulder and pointed to the direction I needed to go.

Nayeli flew the pod and then Arlyn. We got off the pod, "I think I'm space sick" I wobbled off. "How did they do?" Coran approached us, "They did good" Olia looked over to Coran. "How wonderful, my little babies growing so fast" Coran sniffed and wiped a tear away, we all laugh. Night came sooner than I thought, maybe because I'm more used to the earth's time zones.

The natives began a ceremony for the paladins, they started a bond fire and began to dance around it. "Nayeli, you know what that reminds me of" Arlyn whispers to her. "No and be quite I'm trying to watch" She whispered back. "C-A-M-P-F-I-R-E-S-O-N-G song" She began to get louder and then a grunt came from the left of us, I turn my head to see Shiro with his hand cross across his chest looking at them, 'Yikes' I thought to myself. After the ceremony was done Allura thank them. We left and entered the castle.

*Arlyn's POV*

I grabbed some clothes and a towel and began to walk to the elevator. Lance got out of his room with some clothes and a towel too. 'Is he gonna shower too?' I thought to myself. I kinda slowed down and try not to bump with him. We both made it into the elevator at the same time. "Going to the shower?" He asked. "Yep" I nodded. "So how whatcha think about the paladins, huh?" He began. "You guys are pretty cool, but Keith and Shiro are really serious" I look down at my foot when I said that. "Don't worry about 'em, Keith is always like that, and Shiro will sometimes cheer up sometime." He waved off. The elevator door opened and we both walk out, Lance went right and I went left.

I got out of the shower and saw Nayeli, "Hey" I walk up to her. "Hey" She responded. "Dude it's so big here!" I spin around hitting Nayeli. "Ouch! I know" She began to hit me back. "I can berely tell the time here" I began. "Yeah they even don't have seconds they have tic" She added on. I began to start feeling homesick, I miss earth and chicken nuggets. "Well I'm tired I'm go" I grab my stuff, "Alright bye" She said.

I was heading toward the elevator, but the doors opened. Ana was standing there, she waved at me, I waved back. "Going to shower?" I asked her. She shook her head. "Naw I have to take a piss" She continue to walk. "There's no stalls in there" She stop right in her tracks. "Wait really?" She seemed surprised about it. "Yeah theres no stalls" I walk in the elevator. "Fuck" She walk in again, she put hands in her front hoodie pocket. "I need to fucken pee" She said.
