He cleared his throat.
That got their attention quickly.
"So, about my Great Wall, why was it built in the first place, aru?"
Germany spoke up. "Vell, I remember jou said zhat it's because the-"
"THE BRITISH WERE INVADING!"
"YOU BLOODY GIT!"
That caused China to almost crash the van into a tree.

The gang entered a traditional Chinese-looking restaurant and China sat them down.
"Wait here, I'll get our meal. My treat, aru."
"Qué? But we didn't order anything-"
"Bloody hell, we didn't even get a menu!" England butted in.
China assured them. "Aiyah, don't worry, aru. As your host, I am obliged to serve you directly myself."
Before anyone could say anything, he gave a quick smile before heading into the kitchen.
"Look, I know that-a maybe Yao is-a trying to be a good host, but... why-a do I have a bad-a feeling about this?"

China came back outside with a young woman helping him hold a plate with a very long... sausage? The countries had no idea what it was.
Except Japan. He paled at the sight.
"China, vhat is zhat?" Prussia asked.
"It's a yak pen*$. Eat up, aru!"
Everyone gasped.
"OK. WHAT THE ACTUAL FU** MAN."
"Aiyah, you should all be glad, aru. You know how expensive this was?" China said. "Besides, eating this would bring good luck!"
"How the crappola is an animal's dingdong supposed to-a bring me-a good luck?!"
