Ella strolled through the school hallway. She passed by many different types of people, the happy good grade girls who loved school, the edgy grunge boys who hated school and a mixture of them, which included Ella. She didn't hate school but she didn't love it. But she did look forward to seeing her friends- well friend. She had talked with her yesterday but she was buzzing with excitement to see her face to face- since they didn't catch up much during the break.

The crowds of people multiplied as the time went by. Ella still couldn't find her. She sat down waiting, expecting her to turn up. Nothing. Ella took out her phone browsing Instagram to pass the time. A minute or so later she heard a gasp followed by footsteps quickly coming toward her. Ella chose to ignore it and continued to browse Insta. Then... an interruption. A tap on her shoulder. Ella looked up to see a girl with an olive complexion, a slim body, straight brown hair tied up neatly with a red ribbon in a high ponytail. "Cherie?"

"Y-Yeah. It's me." Cherie replied. Ella shrieked and scanned the girl before her like a new product. "What the hell?" Cherie said. "I can't believe you're here! Wait... why are you here?" Ella asked her. "Oh well you see I did do homeschooling for a while but now I'm doing on and off homeschooling here." Cherie explained. "Oh cool." Ella answered. She grinned and the two walked together to find their timetables. "Were you waiting for anyone?" Cherie asked cautiously. "Huh, oh well yeah. But it's fine I'll find her later." Cherie nodded and they continued walking on.
