Close the Walls (Eyeless Jack X Reader)

Chapter 18; Missing

The sun hits my eyes when I enter a clearing, to the right of me was a small break in some bushes. The ground looked worn like it's been walked before, I walk through and see an old white shack.

The windows had been broken out and it was missing a door, it smelled of an old musky basement. It had a few shelves with boxes atop them, I turn to the left where an beaten up couch sat with fluff stuck out exposed. An old-timey TV sat on its side with the glass spread out in front of it, a shaggy rug sat on the floor torn to shreds. A 4 foot long counter sat against the the wall with the door, it was covered in stains and god knows what else. A white mini fridge sat open next to it.

I shook my head not wanting to stay in there anymore, I leave and walk behind the shack and see the door from the front of the house with a huge hole straight through the middle. I decide I've been out for quite awhile and my stomach has past the point of hunger and now I think gave up on food. I start my way back and on my way I hear a voices speaking, I agreed with myself to find out what it was.

"Why the hell would you leave her out here alone!" I heard a voice yell, I climbed a tree so they wouldn't notice me and to get a better view.

"I-I don't k-now-w she seem-med fine!" I held back a laugh when I see Jack hitting Toby on the back of his head.

"She could get killed, Toby!"

"How much f-further!? I'm hun-ngry!" Toby complained ticking a little. "She seemed-d piss-ed when I talked t-to h-er-r."

"I don't have a shit if she's pissed or in the greatest mood in the world, she CAN NOT DIE!" He looked like he was about to slit Toby's throat, I couldn't let this keep going.

I thought for a sec if I should go back to the shack or just say hi, 'I'm not going back to that place.' "Hey, what you two talking about?" I waved to them.

"(Y/N)!?" Jack said surprised, I jumped down and stood in front of them.

"There y-you are, I thought Jack-k was going to k-kill me." Toby said happily.

"Are you okay?" Jack said hugging me catching me off guard, I then relax and hugged back.

"I'm fine, Jack." I chuckled, "I was just heading back." He releases me from the hug, he had his mask on but I could tell he was smiling.

"G-guys come on-n! I'm h-un-gry!" Toby whined, we start walking back.

...Jack's POV...

I walk in the mansion and head to my room, I store my kidneys and a few other organs in my mini fridge. I kept one out and sat down one my bed and bit into it letting the irony taste fill my mouth. I finish it and walk into my bathroom and strip down and step into the bathroom.

I step out wrapping a towel around my waist, I change into a black tank top and my boxers. I was about to lay down when there was a knock at my door, I growl a little and open the door. Toby was looking at me and looked a little concerned, "What, Toby?" I said annoyed.

"You're girlfriend walked into the woods about half an hour ago." Toby said backing up a little, I sighed and tried to stay calm.

"One; she's not my girlfriend, two; why the HELL did you let her go!" I said whisper-yelling at him, I walked further in my room and grabbed my sweet shirt and a pair of black jeans and shoes (and mask of course). "WE are going to find her!" I pull Toby outside to help me find her.

We look around for awhile then Toby starts complaining, I yell at him to shut up. We argue for most of the time, "Why the hell would you leave her out here alone!" I'm honestly starting to really worry about her, I swear if I find her corpse Toby's gonna get tortured.

"I-I don't k-now-w she seem-med fine!" I hit the back of his head wanting to just stab him.

"She could get killed, Toby!" I yelled at him, if I can't find her I WILL KILL HIM!

"How much f-further!? I'm hun-ngry!" I swear if he complains or more time... "She seemed-d piss-ed when I talked t-to h-er-r."

"I don't have a shit if she's pissed or in the greatest mood in the world, she CAN NOT DIE!" I snap holding my scalpel firmly in my pocket.

"Hey, what you two talking about?" I look up and she gave a little wave.

"(Y/N)!?" I said as she jumped down, 'how long was she watching us!? I knew I should check the trees more often!'

"There y-you are, I thought Jack-k was going to k-kill me." I glared at Toby.

"Are you okay?" I hugged her a guess she didn't see it coming because she tensed up, but then she hugged back.

"I'm fine, Jack." She laughed cutely, "I was just heading back." I let go and smiled at her Evan though she couldn't see.

"G-guys come on-n! I'm h-un-gry!" I rolled my eyes and started walking back.

On the way back (Y/N) seemed a little distant, I couldn't blame her I've been doing it to her. I didn't want her to hate me for killing and consuming humans. When she asked me what I was eating it honestly hurt to tell her, she walked away with her head down. I felt like I freaked her out, Toby made small talk with her as I walked silently.

Part of me wanted to grab her and growl at him but I can't do that! The most I can do is glare at him. When we got back (Y/N) went her separate ways from me and Toby went to the kitchen.

I knocked on Slendy's office, he said enter. "Anything new on (Y/N) family?"
