I smiled at him and some reason I felt like Jack wanted to know what was going on too, of course I can't be sure. I sat down on the couch and Jack stood behind the couch, the psychologist looked at me and he opened his mouth to answer. "Everything in this file is true, I work for a company me and the man assigned to watch you were. I am not allowed to tell you the name because it's a secret government opportunity, the truth is that 10 years ago you supposedly 'died' in a fire... that you started." I felt anger start to fill me, I wanted to yell at him but I kept my composure not letting him know I was getting pissed. "You started a fire hoping to kill your abusive father, he was asleep drunk on the couch. Your mother saved him and wasn't aware that you were in the fire, when she realized you wereshe went inside and d—" I felt something hit my face, he fell to the ground. I touched my face and saw it was blood.

"FUCK! I was so close!" I looked at him and blood pooled around his body.

I then felt something hit my arm, I clasped my hand around my arm. Blood started seeping through my hand, I felt Jack pull me over the couch. I then realize it was almost 3Am, I felt fear start to set in. I looked at Jack and of course I couldn't see his face, he pulled me carefully towards an open window at the back of the house. He pointed to the window and he moved towards the bathroom.

...Jack's POV...

I pointed at the window to say go out and I'll catch up, I open the door and grab my sweatshirt from over the tub. It was still pretty wet, I sigh and leave out the window hoping to find her. I walk straight back when I feel something hit the back of my head, I turn on my heels and look up. She was sitting up in a tree, (Y/N) jumped down still holding her arm. "Come on, this way." She motioned for me to follow her, I was surprised how well she could see. I mean it's 3 in the morning and the moon isn't exactly bright tonight, I could see fine but that's normal for me. I them saw her trip over a root, she balanced herself back out. She shook her head slightly, then I heard her counting "87...88...89..." the counting was in perfect unison with her steps. I hear her say "105" and she turned barely missing a tree, I looked at her with curiosity and confusion. Did she really count her steps to this place she's leading me, I then see a large cave.

She walks in and the number I heard was "138" she walked in and picked up a makeshift torch she then grabbed a box of matches and striked it against the rough stalagmite that came up to her mid waist. The matched glowed softly against her face, she looked at it with a smile, she touched the torch and it went up like a barn full of hay. She held it tad bit further from her I guess to make sure she didn't catch herself on fire. Blood ran down her left arm, she unwrapped her left hand and tied it around the top of her arm to slow blood flow. She unwrapped her other hand and wrapped the wound itself, "I guess the bullet will be there for awhile until I get a chance to take it out." She said with a frown. I noticed that she started walked further into the cave, she threw the torch into a small crater.

The torch exploded in flames as it hit whatever was in the hole, the fire lite the cave quite nicely. I noticed a blanket lying on the floor on the opposite side of the the cave, a pillow sat on top of it. I looked down in the hole and it was filled with tree branches, dried leaves, and bark. She grabbed a vine and stretched it across a quarter of the cave, she walked over to me and took my hoodie. I was hesitant at first but I realized what she was doing, I let go. She threw it over the vine, it dripped onto the cold stone floor. It was so peaceful in the cave, I had this feeling no one else knew about this place.

I realize that she's been silent since she walked into this partof the cave, I watched her every move something told me that there was something off. She walks over to the pit and just stares at it, "I used to come here a lot, ya know?" She voice was quiet and shaky, as if recalling memories. "I used to come so often, I found it when I was 13. An old woman lived here, she was ill when I met her. I helped her and she told me stories about the outside world. I haven't seen much of the world besides the town a couple hours away. She passed away last year." Her voice almost sounded heartbroken, I quickly realized that she was maybe still mourning this woman's death.

She went silent again, I walked over to her and sat down. 'She experienced so much in the last 24 hours.'I noticed that the flames were growing dimmer, she stood up and I turned my head towards (Y/N). She moved towards the exit of the cave, I looked at her confused.
