Chapter 20; Video Games

...Jack's POV...

I leave Slender's office and glance out the window, I see (Y/N) holding Sally in her arms. Sally seemed scared. I watch her bring her inside and I smile a little, my mask covered it up though. She gave me a little wave, then walked off with Sally.

I sighed and walk up to my room, I grab a kidney from my mini fridge. I take my mask off tossing it onto my bed, I sit down next to it rubbing my 'eyes'. I bite down on it, sighing. 'she barely talks to me anymore.' I thought feeling my heart sink. "why the hell do I care!? She can do whatever she wants, if she wants to befriend the twitching weirdo she can!" I slump back in my bed eating my food, "maybe it's because of what I eat? Whatever I don't care about what she thinks!" I finish eating and wipe my mouth off, I lay there just thinking.

...(Y/N)'s POV...

Sally runs off to play with LJ, I sat on the couch sighing. The TV glitches and I roll my eyes as Ben pulls himself out, I laugh when he falls on his face. "hey, it's not funny!" he yells at me, I only shrug.

"it's funny to me!" I smile watching him grumble, sitting down on the bed. He pulls out a controller and turns Mortal Kombat XL on, I turn to him and give him a puppy dog eyes. He sighed and gave me a controller. "Yeah!!" Ben chooses Jason while I chose Alien.

We played for hours me beating him a few times but him and his cheating ass won most of the time. "BEN I SWEAR IF YOU CHEAT ONE MORE TIME IM GOING TO RIP THOSE ELF EARS RIGHT OF YOUR FUCKING HEAD!!" I yell at him after him freezing my character at least 20+ times.

The color drained from his face the smile twisted into fear, before I could punch him he zapped inside the TV. I turned it off and walked outside to calm down, strangely I still felt alone at this mansion. So many people were here but I felt like an outsider, a misfit. I crossed my arms and stood just before the tree line surrounding the mansion, as I got lost in my own thoughts a light tap on my shoulder snapped me out of my dark thoughts. I jump and turn around to see who it was, the blue mask I was greeted by made me feel happier.

I smile a little to him, I can't tell if he smiled back. I didn't mind the mask but I did like seeing his face and knowing his expressions. "Why are you out here alone?" Jack asked his voice more chill and his hands sat in his pockets.

"Just thinking really, I need to calm down." I sigh looking back at the trees.

"What pissed you off enough to come out here, it's freezing." He crossed his arms leaning against a tree in front of me.

"Ben was being a bitch and cheating."
