This book is a work of pure fiction. names, places, locales, businesses and stuff are either the products of the author's imagination and/or are used fictitiously. Any resemblances to actual people, things or places are unintentional and/or coincidental.
This is a collection of dark short stories meant with the sole purpose of tantalizing the reader. Each story will trace the life of the protagonist who's trapped in a certain setting, and meanwhile, we can discover serious dark fiction unfolding its way.
Please remember that these stories are standalone and in no way interconnected with each other. If they'll be interconnected, it'll be mentioned herein. I've also recreated some of my narrative poems which can be found in my poetry book Woven Wings, adding a few more elements and reshaped in the form of a short story/one-shot/drabble/etc..

This is a dark short story collection. It traces the starlight in our lives which often leaves us startled to the extreme.
Often, we find ourselves manipulating with the circumstances and fighting everyday with our past and the present. But do you ever feel the need to peek into the future? What will it be like? Dark or light? I'll tell you.
Our future will be like starlight- but, it'll leave you startled everytime you embrace it with delight, unfolding its dark side. That's the reason they say, dissolve yourself amidst this light.
Have you ever tried to deepen your scars rather than bandaging them? Immerse yourself into the world of dark stories, and let's see if you can emerge out tantalized, horrified or with an urgency to change the lighting system altogether.
Remember, every light is not as soothing as it seems.
