It's called Kidnapped at Sixteen and it is another Supernatural fanfiction! I'm super excited!!
Here's the description:
Sky is a sixteen-year-old girl who has grown up in a very wonderful life. She has two incredible parents who both care about her and love her unconditionally. They can be a little much when they worry, though. It seems as if she's kept in a very small bubble sometimes. However, her bubble is popped violently when she's kidnapped from her home by none other than Crowley, the King of Hell, who wants to use her powers for himself. There's only one problem. She doesn't have powers. Or does she?
