I was woken up by Dean bursting through the door with breakfast. Sam was sitting at the table with a cup of coffee in front of him, already awake.

I sighed at the rude awakening but headed over to the table and grabbed a bag of food.

We leisurely ate.

Now that the case was over, we had nothing to worry about and could take our time.

Dean was the first one done eating. I didn't think he even tasted his food the way he shoveled it in.

He started to gather up all of his stuff and Sam and I followed suit a minute later. We jumped into the Impala once more, completely ready to get back to the bunker and relax for a couple of days. Maybe spend some quality time with Sam.

I sat in the backseat looking out the window when a cop car with flashing lights passed us. We all turned to each other with grim looks on our faces. Sam nodded and Dean started to follow the cop car.

It led us to a building that holds items that belonged to someone who died. It was basically a holding place until someone decided what to do with it.

Dean parked and we all jumped out already getting into our FBI acts. We may not have been dressed, but we still had our badges, so, whatever.

There was yellow tape around the building, preventing people from coming in. We saw the same cop that let us in at the previous crime scene and walked over to him. He remembered us and let us straight in.

We searched the building and concluded that it had to be the ghost again. They both seemed at a loss as to how the ghost was still alive considering we burned the bones. I sat in deep thought while they continued to bicker. Suddenly a light bulb went on.

"Guys..." I trailed off.

They continued to bicker as if not hearing me.

"GUYS!" I yelled.

They turned to me a little startled with question marks on their faces.

"What if it's still connected to an item. You've told me before that you've had a case where you burned the body and found out it was connected to an item. Why couldn't it happen again?"

I saw the wheel turning in their heads before they finally reached a decision.

"You're right," Sam said. "It's definitely possible and probably what is happening"

"Which means we gotta sort through all of these items to find one that you possibly be the right one," Dean complained.

I smiled mischievously. I knew they wouldn't do it, but you gotta find humor in this somewhere right?

"Well, what if we just salt and burn the entire building?"

Sam looked at me with wide eyes and Dean smirked before laughing.

"I wish we could Rose, but you know that we can't."

I looked over to Sam just to see what he was thinking. What I saw wasn't what I was expecting.

He was slightly pale and his jaw was locked as if he was mad. I looked at him questioningly before trying to get his attention.

"Sam? What's wrong? You look like you've seen a... ghost..."

It was just an expression, but as soon as the word came to my mind and then was spoken aloud I realize that's what he was seeing.

I turned around quickly, as did Dean, and saw the ghost standing at the other side of the room. Now that he was noticed by everyone he charged towards us.

Sam and Dean jumped in front of me and started to fight it. Sam turned his head back to look at me and yelled.

"Rose! The item has to be somewhere in here. Find it!"

I nodded and quickly ran off.

I knew that the items ghost were attached to were usually small. Something that could be carried around and something someone could easily get attached to. I searched through the building frantically but carefully making sure I didn't miss anything. As I searched I was forced to listen to Sam and Dean fight the ghost.

I was looking when I came across a glass case. In the case was a necklace, probably a locket, and it was covered in dirt.

Buried...

Dirt...

Dirty...

Dirty necklace....

Necklace...

Small...

Something easily attached to...

That's it!

I quickly busted the glass with my gun and grabbed the necklace, setting it on the ground. I grabbed my small bottle of salt and poured it over the necklace. I then grabbed a small bottle of lighter fluid that I had been carrying around for situations like this. I dropped a match onto it and watched it burn.

I heard a scream from over where Sam and Dean were and knew that I was right. I continued to watch it burn and gain my breath back from running around the building.

Suddenly a large hand was placed on my shoulder and I jumped. I whipped my gun back out and pushed it into the person's chest. I may not have been a hunter for long, but I was definitely starting to get hunter instincts.

I looked up and saw Sam looking a little scared.

I immediately pulled the gun back and apologized.

"Well," he chuckled a little nervously, "remind me not to sneak up on you."

I laughed and apologized again.

We put our stuff back where it belonged and fixed our clothes that were messed up from the fight.

Once we looked like we did when we entered we went back and jumped into the Impala again, heading home. This time, for real.

Once we got back to the bunker we all headed to the bar. Sam and I sat in a booth sipping on beers and chatting while Dean tried to see how many girls he could get numbers from. He was trying to get number five when Sam and I decided to leave.

Since Sam and I were perfectly fine we took the Impala home. Dean was already way past drunk so he wouldn't be needing it anyway.

Once home we both took showers, separately, of course.

Once we were both done we collapsed onto the bed and went to sleep.
