Dayu never meant to lie or hiding his identity. Seeing him in servant outfit, in spite of moment,  he thought it would be easier to understand that he was really a servant. After all, it wasn't completely a lie. He was really a servant now,  wasn't he?

In the following days of their meeting, Dayu didn't know that the dragon prince would keep coming. Not to mention,  he started to ask him everything about Cathlea with slight interest on his eyes.

For Dayu who had heard how the dragon prince loathed and looked down upon their kingdom before, he thought it would be good opportunity to improve how the dragon prince viewed their kind.

Dayu realized that when the dragon prince didn't indulge in his hatred, the dragon prince was a good person and companion.

Though one day, the dragon prince suddenly came to the servant quarters, Dayu knew he couldn't keep his identity any longer. Inside the palace, in closeted place, it wasn't that hard to sense that he was the only cat shifter there.

The dragon prince eyed him with sharp eyes, "You are the omega prince, don't you?" The dragon prince asked with deep tone.

Dayu felt his body shivered, the plate on his hands slipped out just like that from his hold, surprised everyone.

After startled by the loud sound of the falling plate,  another servants eyed their prince and the cat shifter with curiosity.

However, the dragon prince paid them no mind. With cold and controlled voice, "Everybody leave!" He instructed everyone.

As he saw the fellow servants left the place,  Dayu with shaky hands kneeled down to collect the plate's shards. However,  before his hands touched any of them, the dragon prince stopped him. "Stand up. Just leave it like that. Another servant will clean it up later."

There was no movements from the omega that he missed. He eyed him like a hawk eyed its prey, as the cat shifter anxiously stood up once again. The smaller man would look anywhere but him.

When he came to the servant quarters,  the dragon prince didn't have many things on his mind. He acted solely based on impulse to finally be able to meet with a boy the king kept praise off. As he entered the quarters, he only could sense one present of cat shifter with pleasant smell of grass and lavender he began accustomed with these past few days. That one person was no other than the boy who met with him everyday in the farmland.  Finally he realized that the boy had lied to him about his identity.

"Why did you hide your identity to me?" The dragon prince found himself urged the boy. The feeling of discomfort was spreading so fast inside his chest. The same boy who accompanied him everyday was actually the omega prince, the one who belong to the king now as his mistress. The dragon prince didn't like this fact even a bit.

He saw the cat shifter heaved a sigh and tried to calm himself. "I thought knowing who I am wouldn't bring any purpose. Beside, I am really a servant now. I deeply apologized if my prince finds my attitude upleasant." The cat shifter softly spoke up.

"I heard you came to the king to take you as his mistress." The dragon prince swallowed down the bitterness on his voice as he asked again.

"Yes, I am belong to the king now. I heard about my prince's resentment toward the marriage and didn't  wish to put you on the tight spot because of me.  However... I am desperately wanting for the alliance still happen. Just for this once, I want to save my kingdom. I hope my prince will understand."

Deep inside,  the dragon prince already knew all of it. It was his own rejection that caused all of this.  But still he couldn't explain the burning feeling inside of him as the omega claimed that he was really belong to the king.

After a long and dreaded silence, the dragon prince finally asked for something that he had been holding back to ask, "What do you think of the king? Do you even like him? As his mistress,  you will spend all your life to serve him.  You had been stripped off from your prince status, in the end,  with everything you did,  is it worth it?"

Dayu didn't answer it immediately. But after a short break, a small smile appeared on his face, "Finally I can do something to protect my kingdom. And my king... he is a great man. He is wise and gentle. He is treating me with his upmost care. How can it's not worth it?"

His heart was burnt. He didn't know when he stumbled back on his feet. Deaf to his surrounding, the dragon prince went absentmindedly from that place without even saying anything to the cat shifter.

"I heard my brother came to see you." The king said one evening. Dayu and him currently sat on the king's reading room. Previously, Dayu had been called by the king.

As he entered the king's reading room, the man showed him a new book and he wished for Dayu to accompany him to spend his leisure time. Now they sat side by side as the king's arms secured around Dayu's waist,  caressed it softly along the way.

"Yes,  my king." Dayu answered calmly.

"Did he say something hurtful to you?" The king asked worriedly, "My brother is little bit stubborn.  He is hot headed and short tempered, but he is not a bad person. I hope you to forgive him."

"No. Not at all, my king. The prince didn't say anything hurtful. He just asked me few things."

"That's quite good." The king said again. After awhile,  he retreated his hand from Dayu's waist.

With the new book now had been long forgotten in the desk, the king's attention was fully on Dayu. He eyed the omega beside him softly,  his fingers caressed Dayu's cheek and descendent toward the omega's shoulder blade. He leaned closer and gently kissed the crook of Dayu's neck. With lips so close to Dayu ears, he whispered, "Tonight, come to my room. I wish to spend the night with you."
